The Avanti delivery drivers are always very professional
The Avanti drivers are always very professional and although our tanks need to be reached through our “longish” drive they are always extremely discreet.
The only problem we have is that the print out which they leave behind lacks clarity …. both in terms of VERY poor legibility (hardly any ink on the paper) and lack of essential details e.g. cost per unit agreed. Without these the delivery print out is incomplete .

Kieran was very friendly
Kieran was very friendly. We discussed how we had cancelled our deliveries due to robins nesting in the tank cover. The babies had now fledged. He told me they wouldn’t deliver if they saw a nest in the cover.

Friendly staff but don't accept their first quote
Friendly drivers who really try to deliver In bad weather. Office staff are helpfull but their calculation for monthly DDMs are often way off.
What really anoys me is they do not give their best price when renewing a contract. Yes they will do a 2 year fix and match other suppliers but only when you obtain other quotes. They are as bad as the insurance industry in this respect forcing you to play their little games, to get a fair deal.

I didn't know the man had been
The driver arrived and filled the tank. He left the delivery note in the usual place and then departed. I did not realise he had been until I went to pick up the post and saw his delivery note. Well done, first class delivery.
