The Dress was absolutely stunning but the customer service is the best I have ever experienced in my life. AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING! I had some major complications with my dress and despite that, they were always patient and helpful (honestly they were really nice from the start, but when the difficult time came and I thought I was going to have to take my business elsewhere, the customer service made me stay). They ended up finally delivering the custom sized dress on time before my event and I know for sure when next I am looking for a dress for another event, this is where I am coming to.

AW bridal is amazing!! They made my AW Carmelita dress BEAUTIFUL and it fit perfectly also was on time before my event. I definitely recommend them and their customer service is so sweet :)

I got exactly what I ordered. The whole process of ordering is great. They have an option to order custom size as well as regular size options + on some dress they have an option to add pockets or not ( which is very helpful )

The customer service is so amazing and helpful! They reach out as soon as you order your dress to confirm measurements and the measurements are ACCURATE asf! The dressed are also stunning! I bought a wedding dress for my reception and one for the dress rehearsal because I was so in love with both!

The dress fits well, only has to hem it cause I’m petite. The price is unbeatable. Wish you have dresses for petites. Overall, the product is great!

AWBridal has great customer service, they emailed me and asked if I needed a custom size and they made my dress a perfect fit, it was also shipped faster than I expected.

The dress was stunning, but the color wasn’t what was portrayed online. It arrived in a much lighter color than expected. The dress was supposed to be “custom fit” but was quite large on me. And the train was so much larger than the photo showed. But the dress itself was made Very well.

I purchased my wedding dress from here. The Florina! The quality of this dress is amazing. If you’re contemplating it- DO IT. it’s better than I imagined and I’ll always be thankful AW bridal makes dresses at such high quality for a budget. There was no stressing over my dress once I received it. It’s heavy and has great detail. Anyone I told the price too was shocked and thought I spent At least 1k on it. I actually seen a similar silhouette dress at the boutique for $8K and was so grateful I didn’t go that route. It was Customized perfectly to my measurements and they were so good at communicating the entire time! I’ll never regret doing this instead of spending thousands at a boutique and the quality is there. Do your research by looking at their instagram and website reviews and seeing real life try ons, I even YouTubed my dress and seen someone model it. I did a lot of research since I was unsure if buying my dress online was the right choice. I can honestly say the real thing looked just like all the videos and pictures I seen. Even my friend who is now getting married is having us getting our bridesmaid dresses through there because of my experience :)

This company was very responsive and took the sizing seriously.

I bought 8 dresses for my bridesmaids. THE REGINA DRESS and it looked amazing! Same as the picture. Slightly small then usual size tho! The customer service was very kind and helped me a lot.

Honestly, this was my first time to order a dress online for such an important occasion, I was a little nervous in the beginning.

I just tried on the dress and it fits ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY WAY, it is exactly what I was dreaming of.

The dress is very nice! The sizing is on point. I’m very thankful that they have a free custom size option. The color and design are beautiful! ♥️ Customer service is also very responsive. They send an email right away to confirm the measurements, which was helpful because I accidentally entered a wrong number in my order. They make the dress very fast and shipment is fast too and Im from the Philippines. 😄 I received mine less than 2 weeks after ordering.

Honestly, I was hesitant about ordering a dress online, and my friends thought I was crazy. I was nervous, but when the dress arrived, it looked exactly like the picture, if not better. It's true to size—I'm a 2, and it fit like a glove! The dress was perfect, and everyone found it incredibly beautiful. They couldn't believe I bought it online; it became a running joke. I'm grateful I found the website, and they were very accommodating. Every time I emailed to ask a question they always got back to me promptly!

The quality of the dresses are great and shipment is very quick. Customer service is extremely kind too. I ordered dresses from her for multiple occasions and they did not disappoint at all, I just had to shorten them but that wasn’t a problem. You could also customize the size.. so that’s really great. Love this place!! I’m ordering two more dresses for another occasion as well. 😁❤️

My dress was just beautiful. I received so many compliments on it. It felt like it just floated - so light and easy. I wore it for my son's wedding. As a bonus, I tossed it in the washer (on delicate) after walking through a spill and it looks like new. I recommend taking advantage of their offer to tailor the dress - especially to remove the built in bra and maybe adjust the length. Very easy to deal with.

AW bridal was so accommodating. They were so easy to work with and really made me feel special with how much they cared about if this dress fit! I am plus size so it's hard for me to order something online. I got the dress super fast and it fits PERFECTLY! I was almost in tears i can't say enough positive feedback about AW!!

I got a bridesmaid dress that looked horrible on me. The dress has too much fabric and doesn’t bring out my best shape.
Customer service is pathetic. First, they don’t answer the phone. You just communicate by email. Second, the return policy is not clear. Basically, you can’t return anything you order even if it’s not custom made for one’s measurements. Would not recommend at all.

Customer care reached out following my review above and refunded the full cost of the dress and shipping. They apologized for the inconvenience.
