The Mother of the bride dress I purchased was perfect! I followed the size chart, included my height and hollow measurements and the height of my shoes. The fit was perfect, the dress was very well made, and the material was wonderful. And, it arrived with time to spare. I couldn’t be more thrilled! Thank You so much.

Got the most perfect dress from AW bridal! Quality is amazing, I would probably recommend sizing down a little bit, but other than that everything is great!
Customer service is also very helpful and quick to answer any questions!

Worst company ever! Not American. Order came from China. It says on their website that you can return but it is not true! I'll finish this later. Ended up costing 3x the amount it should have.

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The company shipped me the wrong color dress, and has done everything they can to avoid giving me a refund for their own mistake! I followed all of their rules, sent them pictures (they have asked multiple times for photos) and I have been emailing them back and forth for WEEKS with no resolution. Then instead of providing a refund, they offered to give me $20 to keep the dress when I paid nearly $100 for it, and I have no use for it because it is the wrong color! They also do not pay for return shipping, even when it is THEIR mistake...they expect their customers to pay to return a dress they should not have been shipped in the first place. I would never buy from them again. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere!

Great experience with customer service helping me replace a dress quickly! The replacement was needed due to my own mistake. They were helpful and honest, and they worked hard to get my dress to me on time! The quality is great, the color is beautiful, and the customer service team really helped me out.

Ordered two dressses, sadly the fit was not great but the color was beautiful. Requested a return/refund and was resolved in a couple of days, funds return. I would try them again.

My experience with AW Bridal was stress free! I had been looking for an dress for my son's wedding for months. I happened upon a beautiful chiffon jumpsuit that came up during a google search. I ordered the jumpsuit and it arrived within two weeks. The jumpsuit was too big so I returned it and my refunds was processed quickly. I ended up ordering the same jumpsuit customized by AW Bridal. The chart they provide do do my measurements was spot on. I receive the jumpsuit today, about a week earlier than anticipated and it fits perfectly. The bust, waist and length are perfect! Each correspondence I had with them was returned quickly. I would recommend them highly, especially the customizing option.

What a great experience I had! Recommended by the bride whose wedding I need the dress for, I ordered a long dress in mid March and it arrived within a month. It was custom made because I fell between two sizes. I was concerned about the color being accurate and it was. It fits perfectly. They confirmed the measurements I sent them to make sure they were correct, to the point of asking for a photo neck down to verify. I don’t have an hour glass figure. I love the dress and can’t wait to wear it. There’s lots of time till the wedding. They are very friendly and appreciative of their clients. I would highly recommend them if you want a pretty dress/outfit. It’s well made, fabric great. I’m very pleased. Allow lots of time to be safe.

My dress I bought was perfect and of good quality I would strongly recommend my only suggestion would be to order way ahead because it took longer than the 20 days they said for delivery it took mine 40-45 days and it was a standard size 18 fit was good but it was extra long but I can fix that

AW Bridal was professional, gracious, and thorough. They custom made my dress and double checked to make sure I had measured myself correctly. The dress arrived a week before I had expected, just in time for taking pictures!

The dress that I ordered did not match the color and fabric of the picture on the website. I wanted to return it and I followed their instructions and still have not received a refund a month later.

I ordered custom fit wedding guest chiffon jumpsuit and AW Bridal performed as promised on all aspects including quality of design, fabric,fit, price, delivery and customer service. I highly recommend AW Bridal if you need a stylish dress for your special occasion.

The Jumper Dress was perfectly made, no complaints at all, dress was customer made, we communicated back and forth to assure they had the correct measurement, great communication, excellent quality work, Jumper was exactly what was shown online. They worked fast to get the dress ship to me before the date I needed it by, great service. Received shipment in a timely manner, I even had to sign for the package which I was very impressed as I was worried it would get dropped off at the wrong address, kudos to DHL. I would definitely recommended AW Bridal to anyone as well as ordering from them again if needed in the future.

Great communication, especially when I fumbled some measurements and they made sure to get the right ones. The jumpsuit was finished quickly and done so well. I am so thankful I was able to order this with custom sizing because I usually have to have things like this tailored! Highly recommend

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from AW Bridal and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Mugwort dress with custom measurements and it fits perfectly and looks just like the photos on their website. Their customer service throughtout the process was responsive, helpful, and friendly, and the dress was delivered to me before the expected arrival date. I cannot wait to wear this dress!
