As a wedding photographer, I have had the chance to work with AW Bridal and their products several times. I have been so impressed with the quality of their pieces and the communication of their customer service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dresses for a formal occasion!

I was lucky to photograph many dresses from Aw Bridal. I am a wedding photographer, and worked with the brand four times over the last two years. I’ve seen my fair share of dresses, but Aw bridals wedding dresses are simply so beautiful! They always fit my models perfectly and either are giving a wow effect or or dainty and cute look… The materials are very good! Especially for the price of the dresses. I am always surprised when I receive one of the dress in the Mail of the beautiful quality. The sewing is neat, the lace is always beautiful, the lining is adjusted… I really recommend scrolling around their catalogue and if you find one that catch your eye, go for it! They’re absolutely gorgeous.
The brand has always been very kind and responding.

I ordered my dress January 7th and finally received it March 27th. After much back and forth with USPS and AW Bridal it was determined that the package was lost in the mail. AW Bridal made another dress and it was mailed promptly. The dress is gorgeous !

This is a beautiful dress that is beautifully made. It fits me perfectly - as if it was made to my exact measurments. An the quality is amazing! I'm very pleased with this purchase! Thank you:)

I am beyond thrilled with my dress from AW Bridal! I was initially nervous about ordering online, especially since I needed custom measurements, but they absolutely delivered. The first thing I noticed when my dress arrived was the incredible quality—the fabric is heavy, and the dress was beautifully made. The fit was absolutely perfect! It feels like it was tailored just for me. AW Bridal is the real deal, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Please do not make the mistake of trusting this business. I ordered 2 dresses and received my confirmation for the transaction, then a while later was notified that one of the dresses wasn't actually available. The first dress arrived and was nothing like what I had ordered. The style, color and fit were all wrong. I requested the dresses I ordered be sent to me and instead was told they'd give me a $40 refund to "alter" the dress I'd been sent that wasn't the right order in the first place. I've gone back and forth with them multiple times just to get my refund on both dresses. It's now been a 3 week ordeal, I just got my money back this morning and am starting my dress search all over again. Very frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, they kept in constant contact and were able to make the neckline higher for me. The fabric is beautiful and they kept in contact for the shipping & gave me the tracking info. I ordered a half size up and I have to get it taken in a little therefore it’s true to size. I’m pregnant so I wanted to give myself extra room. Beautifully done.

I was in between sizes and ordered the size larger. When I placed the order they asked for for a few measurements. After I sent the measurements they informed me that the dress I ordered would be too big and with a few more measurements they could custom size my dress for no extra charge. The dress arrived a few weeks later and fits perfectly! I am 5'11 and long waisted. The process was easy and the dress is gorgeous!!

Not reliable! Every person in the bridal party had trouble with this company. The would not let people order two sizes to compare sizing. I paid for extra for fast shipping and it was still WEEKS late because the company did not pay a duty fee. When it arrived, the dress was too small. I requested a return. They basically told me no because it is expensive to return items to China. They also do not pay for return shipping, even though their is no mention of this on their website. This company was such a hassle to use.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! My bridesmaids ordered their dresses months ago and just now receiving them. One had to quite literally track her dress down because they sent it everywhere but the delivery address and one of them ordered hers the very first day I told her the site which was Dec 16 and it is now Feb 27th and they marked it delivered, and SHE NEVER GOT IT. They said "sorry, we are just going to issue you a refund" after having to track down someone for her to talk to. MY WEDDING IS NEXT MONTH!!!!

I ordered a size 16 wedding dress from here and they sent a size 6.
I emailed them and they said return it and they will send me out the correct size. I was very sceptical BUT to my surprise as
soon as they received the wrong one back,the correct one was sent out. The communication was fantastic and every questioned I asked ( which was alot) they answered. It didn't cost any extra to return the dress and I recieved it in the specified time frame.
The dress looks lovely and it is just as described. It feels and looks alot more expensive than it was.
I would recommend this company 100%.

Do NOT Order from AW Bridal!
I had a terrible experience with AW Bridal and I strongly recommend avoiding them. My bridesmaid ordered a dress that doesn't fit, and when she asked to return it, they offered us only a 1/4 of the original price to keep it. After asking for a return address, they offered $10 more and still refused to provide any return instructions. Their customer service is awful, and they clearly have no interest in resolving issues fairly.
Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable company for your special day.

Do Not Shop Here. They will not return dresses that are not made correctly and that are missing items.

I was nervous ordering a bridesmaid dress for my daughter online, but it worked out perfectly. The dress is beautiful! Customer service was available and very helpful. I was able to reach them through email and calling. I would definitely buy from AW Bridal again and recommend to others.

My experience with AW bridal was goofy at best and very frustrating. I bought a bridesmaid dress here with custom measurements, and the dress they sent me was for another customer (totally different color, size, dress, etc.) When I informed AW Bridal of the mistake, they asked me to send the dress to the customer it was intended for (they did refund me for shipping). Meanwhile, the dress I had actually ordered had been sent to a different customer, so AW bridal tried to track it down to have it sent to me instead of making me a new one. They told me that the customer to whom my dress had been mistakenly sent had shipped my dress, only for me to find out a week later that they had not been able to get in contact with said customer. Finally they got in touch with the customer and she agreed to send me my dress. Thankfully it came before the wedding I was a part of, but even with the custom measurements it was too big. Overall, it was a very distressing experience and while it may have been a series of unfortunate mistakes on their end, based on this experience I do not plan to shop here again.

My only daughter is getting married this October, so I need a dress. After looking at many sites, I found the perfect dress at A/W. I bought the dress right away. Being a new mother of the bride, it was a welcome relief to have excellent, caring, and understanding customer service. They kept me informed of the progress of shipping. When I got the dress, it was perfect. It was well made and fit just right. I would recommend A/W Bridal to anyone looking for the perfect dress.

Rust Sabrina dress was beautiful and beautifully crafted. I got lots of compliments on this stunner of a dress! I wore it as mog.
