Amazing service. Quality product which looks stunning. Very reasonably priced

I'm very happy with the product, particularly compared to oak flooring where much filler is used, and often of the wrong colour. The order arrived swiftly and the advice from Neil and the team proved invaluable. The price was also great.

Great purchase and quick delivery

The bamboo flooring is finished and looks amazing. I know how hard wearing it is as this is our second bamboo floor. The only concern I have is your return system is poor.

Great communication and made absolutely sure I got what I needed despite many obstacles being put in our way. Recommended.

Flooring came damaged. Our carpenter had to navigate using the plants of wood that were not damaged to ensure the flooring looked ok. Disappointed that there was no offer of compensation even though I showed photo evidence of the damaged planks.

Still waiting for the product a week after ordering (1-3 days delivery). To be fair to Bamboo the issue is with Evri, the carrier they use, which is why this is 2 not 1 star. But I can’t rate a product I haven’t received…

I asked for samples to be sent FOC - which was no problem they then emailed to see if I needed further assistance etc. When I explained that this was for a cost finding exercise as we were in the middle of purchasing a property but had no dates etc they were still more than happy to help as and when needed in the future.

I ordered two different colour thresholds with the flooring i ordered they phoned up to make sure i had not made a mistake with my order, i hadn't one was too mach an existing flooring upstairs and the other one was to match the flooring i just ordered. the only downside is THE DELIVERY COMPANY they use. The company they use did not deliver my order in one go they took two days to deliver the whole lot. It was not a big order i only had seven parcels. Bamboo Flooring Company I have no problem in giving them five stars, the delivery company on the other hand one star. My advice to the Bamboo company is to find another delivery service because at the moment that's what's letting the company down.
