I was recommended by a friend to use Bathshack, so glad I connected them. So helpful and good advice. Happily placed my order over the phone and delivery was excellent.

The customer service of this company was not very good and efficient. They were not very proactive and no could not offer us quickly an alternative. It left us feeling very angry and stressed. It was very difficult to contact their customer service It took six weeks for us to get them to finally acknowledge their mistake in the size of the shower tray that they sent to us i e it was not the correct size we ordered. Eventually, after many calls they agreed to send us the correct shower tray size and pick up the incorrect size shower tray sent to us in mistake by them that we did not order. Eventually, they picked up the shower tray but they never refunded/credited back to our bank the difference between the price of the shower Still waiting for it To pour oil on our experience with this company, we got an email from their customer service agent, Brenda, thanking us for a good review thatwe did not write! Terrible experience with imthis company. Would not recommend dealing with it

The float valve was the incorrect one and wouldn’t fill the tank to the correct height , as I was stuck I had to buy a correct one to replace it as the system had to go in that day , otherwise the toilet was perfect

Mirror looks great, no frame and has dimming and lighting colours.
