Easy ordering and very fast delivery. The bathroom mirrors were delivered in appropriate packaging.
I haven't installed the items yet, as ordered for an in progress bathroom renovation. I will update my review following installation.

Purchased a shower door to replace a door which was broken. The door was delivered promptly and well communicated. Unfortunately when I got to install the door, the manufacturer had omitted to include the correct parts and had since ceased to trade. Brenda did a great job in trying to assist in rectifying the situation which I greatly appreciated. In short I am very happy with the way that Bathshack handled the matter

Friendly and effective customer service
Great customer service, we ordered nearly all the products for our two new bathrooms direct from bathshack. The stock arrived super quick and in good condition.
After installation we discovered a small fault with a shower head and got in touch with Bathshack via email for support.
Ewan was particularly friendly and helpful, clearly describing a few simple steps to take, which resulted in a replacement product being sent out within days.

Refund not received
I purchased a radiatior and valves for my kitchen however my plumber said the valves weren't the correct ones we needed so i returned the valves in person to your boucher road store on the afternoon of friday 24th July 2026. The lady who dealt with me took the valves worth £50 off me, stated she would put through a request for a refund and the money would automatically go back onto the card i made the purchase from.
I never received that refund so that was £50 down the drain ☹️
