Bathshack Reviews

Bathshack have been absolutely fantastic, from point of picking then ordering. Even when I ordered the wrong item they stepped in and made everything right and I cannot thank them enough. I would only shop here due to how good they have been. So thank you all @bathshack

They are lovely kitchen taps. I am delighted with them
Excellent delivery and service

Sarah in customer service handled and expedited my order exceptionally well. Within 2 hours my item was ordered and on its way from their warehouse in Antrim!

Jason in particular was very helpful. Throughout the process of my build some tradespeople have made me feel like a moron because I wasn’t knowledgeable in THEIR field of expertise. I can’t honestly say that I didn’t have that experience at the Bathshack. I visited several times and asked a lot of questions! And I’m glad I did, as I ended up with the right result.

Glen in the dublin office was excellent to deal with helped resolve a very tricky situation for my parents

Bath shack were very helpful in helping me source a specific small corner bath I had been looking for and needed to be able to refurbish my bathroom.

Great communication both over the phone and email.
They followed up and came back to me the same day.
James Feely was especially helpful and courteous.

The bath is now installed and I am very happy with the quality of it.

Jacob has been very helpful and give good advice to ensure the shower was the correct size for the room. He also advised to move the sink and showed the room plans. There is a large stock to choose for and prices are competitive.

Excellent price and good quality items and sanitary ware and good sales person and quick delivery also

Product choice was excellent with quality to match !
Professional and friendly staff

Chris was exceptionally kind and very thoughtful and because of him and Bathshack my upgrade of my bathrooms is now completed!! Looking forward to shopping with confidence with them again and highly 5⭐ recommend them!

Michael McKenna (manager)and Ian (customer services) acted immediately when I had an issue with a product purchased at the beginning of the year. Communication was excellent, the product has been replaced with an updated version and as a goodwill gesture we met in the middle to cover a difference in cost as I wanted to change the colour of the unit. This experience, I feel, has went over and above for the customer.
Couldnt recommend highly enough, many thanks.

Working with Katrina in the Cork branch of Bathshack at the weekend was such a pleasure! She was so patient and her advice and knowledge on the products in the shop and online was amazing! We left the shop that day relaxed in the knowledge that our order was in good hands. Thank you Katrina!
