Having recently transitioned 15 users plus a number of server's to BDR I can honestly say that their knowledge, experience and above all their reaction times are second to none.

I have been impressed with Kyle Byron-Morgan who has been quick to respond and highly competent in resolving any issues swiftly - thank you!

Jerome is an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful member of the BDR team. Our office has had to temporarily move locations and he has been an critical link for our team getting reconnected to our systems online. We always know we can rely on Jerome at BDR!

Excellent communication throughout the process and follow up when completed, checking if the customer is satisfied or needs further assistance.The very essence of customer service! This gives both myself and the client the confidence in the services that BDR are providing are well supported and this encourages increased sales from the customer and positive referrals. Great service. Whenever I have had an IT problem, Kyle Byron-Morgan has been quick to respond and has always been helpful.

When we had a call the other week after our internet dropped, I was put through to Herbie and he was very quick to help and really easy to understand. Great service.

We have been customers of BDR for a number of years and we have had good service from BDR in these years, however we now have exceptional service from BDR as we have been given a dedicated IT support team leader to assist with any issues we encounter and I have to say Kyle Byron-Morgan you are worth your weight in gold he is attentive to my Poor IT knowledge :-) but also he can fix any problems you throw at him and more importantly he is quick to respond as in business time is money. Thank you Kyle :-)

This week I just began my new job and had a lot of things that needed to be set up by BDR. Jerome has answered all of my questions and has been responsive and incredibly helpful! He is quick to jump on a call or answer an email and no question is too small and no ask is too big. I've worked with a lot of IT professionals in the past and Jerome is by far one of the best people I've worked with throughout my career!

We have been using BDR for a couple of years and one thing I got to say is they are very knowledgeable. Phil, who regularly helps us, has always been helpful with our IT issues and is polite and friendly on the phone with our users.

Kyle Byron-Morgan is fantastic - very approachable, nothing is too much to ask and always on hand to help. Very personable and easy to get on with. Thanks for all of your help Kyle.

As someone who really does not know much at all about IT issues, Kyle has been there to solve all problems, efficiently and quickly to resume our working day.
