BeautyFeatures.ie Reviews

This was my first time buying from Beauty Features but it won’t be my last. The site was easy to use. I found and paid for what I wanted with no difficulty. My parcel arrived the following day and was packed so that my purchases were safe and secure. I had a question for Customer Services which was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the site.

Excellent price for my Dermalogica which was delivered the day after I placed my order. Highly recommend!

Easy to order value for money quick delivery

Very fast service

Honestly the fastest service I’ve received to date !
Very impressed with my online purchase - ordered yesterday 28th and received today 29th 💥

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I placed an order and then had to chase this company for weeks because I received no meaningful delivery updates. When they eventually responded, they simply said the parcel was on its way without providing any estimated delivery date.

They then apparently attempted delivery on a day I had not been told to expect it. Because I was not home, the parcel was automatically sent to a local collection shop. I was travelling at the time—a trip booked long before, as I obviously did not expect them to take over a month to deliver a parcel.

When I returned, I went to collect it, but the shop was closed for holidays. As soon as it reopened, I went back and was told that the parcel had already been returned to the sender.

I politely asked BeautyFeatures to redeliver it to another address with a 24/7 porter. Instead, they refused, cancelled the order and issued partial refunds while keeping the original shipping costs—even though I never received the products and the situation was not my fault.

I had also explained that the card and bank account used for the original payment were no longer active, which is exactly why I wanted redelivery rather than a refund. They ignored this and processed the refunds anyway, leaving me to chase a closed bank account to try to recover my own money.

Extremely poor communication, an unreasonable delivery delay and absolutely no attempt to find a fair solution. I received nothing and was still left out of pocket. Completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

I didn't receive the products, I lost 50 euros of shipping costs and spent nearly 2 months chasing them

Great price and quick delivery

Really fast shipping and good prices

Really fast delivery in Ireland and complete orders. I order korean skincare from other shops and they take ages to arrive. I’m impressed.

I can’t fault this company. Easy to order the product I purchased online and very speedy delivery. I was kept informed every step of the way.

What a joy to shop online with this Irish owned company. I had never heard of it before, but from now onwards it will be my go to for my skincare needs. The prices are great and the shipping was exceptionally fast.
Thank you so much, a definite 5 out of 5 from me!

I purchased online and the item was delivered the next day

Bought a present for herself for her birthday.. had the best price when compared to the multinationals etc, I'm buying from a local enterprise and it was delivered free of charge within 1 working day. What's not to like ?

I am not an organised person and beauty features is fantastic because i can just decide what products i need one day and have them the very next day

This color wow conditioner is an excellent product, will not be changing this any time soon. Hair on brilliant condition
