We were met at the front door with someone who made us both welcome. We explained what we wanted and the lady took us to try 3 types she recommended, after trying out, being left with plenty of time, no sell pressure! We believe we chose what we wanted at a price we found reasonable.
Very happy with the whole purchase experience.

Good friendly advice in shop, good communication al the time, delivery on day and time agreed. Brilliant service, oh and the bed us fantastic!

The advisor in the shop listened to what we wanted, took account of our budget and previous bed, and suggested an alternative which gave a better mattress with a cheaper base which gave us a better bed than before
Delivery service was just great all round

Good selection of beds much better quality than the competitions, sales person was a little pushy though, would have liked to of got to the beds before being accosted.
We did buy a fantastic bed, sadly when the chaps built it up some fittings were missing, still waiting to be sorted……….

I was kept updated with delivery good service good quality bed and firm mattress I paid for assembly the guys were well knowledgeable and respectable paid for disposal of old bed and matress I would highly recommend great service

Visited Shrewsbury store twice,looking for a new bed for my elderly mother.Each time I was greeted by very friendly staff,on the later occasion I had my mother with me.Matthew was friendly & helpful giving us time for my mother & I to discuss on our own but stepping in when needed.

Great sales staff, incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. We were able to buy our chosen bedframe and mattress and had exceptional service

We experienced excellent service at the show room but ONE of the delivery men ( The other man was very polite ) was not very helpful and seemed in a desperate rush and consequently knocked one of our pictures off the wall. He was also reluctant to put on his overshoes ( it was a wet day ) before going upstairs with the mattress.

The pillows we wanted were out of stock at the branch we visited. The Manager arranged for them to be transferred from a nearby store, delivered to the Asst.Manager who then delivered them to our local store where we collected them. We thought this was excellent service!!

Debbie at the Shrewsbury branch is absolutely brilliant. She knows her beds for sure and she understood exactly what we wanted and what was best for us as I am a bit of a problem sleeper. I would highly recommend spending some time here looking at the different options - of which there are many. Looking forward to our massive bed delivery!

All round good experience from ordering to delivery

Great in store experience- delivery on time with helpful and efficient delivery operatives. Good communications throughout. Can't comment on mattress yet as it's part of a bedroom renovation project

Visited Shrewsbury Bensons, met by Richard who was lovely, informative and helpful. We already knew what we wanted, so he completed the order swiftly. Prompt delivery. The bed itself (Hip Hop Double) was fairly easy to put together (the £80 build charge was a bit steep). It looks good & comfy (mattress purchased elsewhere). Received a call 2 days prior to confirm delivery time. The 2 chaps were friendly & helpful, my only feedback would be for the delivery drivers to be mindful of the time (0730am) when driving into & parking in a quiet close wirh the radio/music blaring. Otherwise very straightforward & would happily shop from Bensons again.

We bought a sofa bed in your Shrewsbury store. We really like it, just what we wanted and at a good price. Service was helpful, no problem. Unfortunately, we weren't as happy with delivery. The bed arrived on the agreed date, 1st April, and the delivery men carried it upstairs. However, when I asked if they would take it out of the packaging, they refused, saying it wasn't their job. Now this may have been true, but bearing in mind that I am in my 70s and was on my own, I would have thought that a spirit of helpfulness might apply. To add insult to injury, they handed me a card which stated that I'd receive an online survey form in the next few days (I haven't) and told me to be sure to mark delivery 9 or 10 out of 10! When my husband, who is 80 this year, got home, despite being pretty fit for our age, we did struggle to remove the packaging and set up the heavy sofa. We expected the hefty deliverycharge of £49 to include, at the very least, removing the item from its packaging. This has affected our opinion of Bensons.
