Berry's Jewellers Reviews

Emma and the team were very knowledgeable and helpful which made my purchase a lovely experience from start to finish. I was given time to look at many models to ensure the watch I chose was the correct choice.
I will fully recommend Berry’s to anyone and will come back for my next watch.

Great service as always at Berry's! If your looking for that special item there is no other jewellers better than Berry's!

Wow what a great company with personal service ! Even hand delivered the item to us in Cheshire from Leeds and sent some Berrys Gin too! Thanks Ollie - you’re a legend !

Rod and Simon made the experience of buying my latest watch seamless and enjoyable

Beautiful rings that were made and altered to my liking with friendly and helpful staff who were able to quickly arrange for them to be ready.

Great customer service, attention to the client is second to none. Thanks again for the lovely watch and helping me ensure I could leave with the item on the day.

Excellent service at Berry’s
It’s my first time buying from them & I’ll say it now it definitely won’t be my last.
Big shout out to Gemma! Went above & beyond my expectations !
Firstly I popped in a few months back planing a secret surprise birthday gift for my wife a Cartier watch and did inquiry about it. As her birthday isn’t till August Gemma said come back late July and they sort it out.
True to my word I came in today and I was happy that she actually remembered me! as of course how many other customers have been in and asked about other watches since!
I had a lot of specific requests about things on the watch and how long till I could pick it up.
Gemma sorted it all out immediately, no questions asked.
Truly 5 star service!
Thank you.

Great staff, and proper old-school (in a good way!) service. Good selection of quality watches too.

I'll be back.

Fantastically helpful and patient staff getting me through an ordeal with the bank. Love the watch, many thanks.

I order a Tudor watch from them . I received the watch but most of stickers has been removed. I asked them about this and they sad is their policy to remove it . I just lough … avoid it , they sell preloved items like new .. I will never buy from them .

I wanted a Doxa watch and I found out from Berry’s website that they stocked them. I went to Berry’s at Newcastle and ordered the watch I wanted. It arrived very quickly and I loved the watch. Customer service was excellent as always.
