I purchased an Omega Speedmaster 2026. Lee and Will were my contact at the store. They were professional, knowledgeable and welcoming during my visits and showed a consistency of service which was at a high quality. I was so impressed with this quality, that I entrusted them with further services regarding precious jewelry, which they thorougly checked and advised the rings required urgent attention. They evidenced this by showing exactly what was required, which meant entrusting the rings to them, which I was happy to do so. I would recommend using Berrys in Newcastle, due to the high quality of professionalism, and attention to the needs of their customer, their knowledge of their products, relaxed friendly atmosphere and aftercare service.

I visited Berry’s Jewellers in Newcastle on 11th September 2026 with the intention of looking at Panerai watches, and I have to say, I couldn’t have had a better experience.

From the moment I arrived, Lee made me feel incredibly welcome. He was friendly, approachable and clearly very knowledgeable about the watches. He took his time showing me different Panerai models and talking me through them, and I never once felt rushed or that I was taking up too much of his time.

What I really appreciated was how relaxed the whole experience was. I was offered a drink while I was looking, and Lee was happy to answer all my questions and let me take my time deciding. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, which made such a difference. I felt I could genuinely enjoy looking at the watches and make my decision in my own time.

After spending some time looking and talking things through with Lee, I decided to purchase my Panerai. I was really pleased with my choice, and the fact that the whole experience had been so enjoyable made the purchase even more special.

I’d also like to mention the rest of the team at Berry’s Newcastle, who were all very friendly and welcoming. It’s clear that creating a good experience for customers is important to them.

A big thank you to Lee in particular. He made what was already going to be an exciting purchase into a really memorable experience, and I genuinely enjoyed every minute of my visit.

My husband and I visited Berry's jewellers earlier today and had an extremely positive experience.

We were looking to purchase a Cartier watch as an anniversary gift and found the manager Paul Desmier-Brown to be both knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed while I tried on several pairs; all the advice we received was honest and genuinely helpful.

Once we had made our purchase, we were presented with a bottle of champagne as a gift for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise.

The service we received throughout exceeded all expectations. Thoroughly recommend.

We had such a lovely shopping experience here with our daughter when buying a Cartier watch for her 21st birthday. Andrew was extremely helpful and professional with every detail whilst also making it fun and relaxing. Collecting a Patek Phillipe watch strap. Courtney who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and was able to order a Cartier small watch strap for me (something that we had been unable to achieve in the past) Natalie gave us exceptional Customer Care and went between VC and Albion Street several times to ensure that everything was perfect. So appreciated when wheelchair bound.

While out shopping with my husband daughter grandson and our dog in York, I saw a watch in the window that I’d liked online.The staff welcomed us all in including the dog and were very helpful and friendly. I purchased the watch which was altered for me,and left a very happy customer.

This was my first time buying a luxury watch and I absolutely loved it! Emma made myself and my partner feel so welcome and talked us through everything before making the purchase. You can really see all their enthusiasm throughout the process and they have a real passion and interest in what they’re selling. I will absolutely be returning to this store for future purchases.

The environment was very nice, quaint small rooms with character as you would expect in a building on Stonegate in York, yet it was modern and uncluttered. The staff were welcoming and friendly, with good expertise. Bo was helpful in assisting me to make a choice which I am most happy with.

My husband and I had been planning our 10th wedding anniversary gifts for a while — a diamond ring for me, a prestigious watch for him. We'd travelled to Leeds to view a ring at another shop, only to find it wasn't actually in store — we looked at other rings but nothing had the wow factor and the experience was a frustrating end to a 2-hour trip.

As we left, Berry's caught our eye. Emma welcomed us in with a warm smile and didn't hesitate when I asked to see 3 or 4 rings from the window, even though we made clear we weren't buying that day. I was a little deflated and wary of a rebound purchase, but from the moment we sat down, the experience was worlds apart from what we'd just had. We felt special, well looked after, and that the experience matched the significance of what we were investing in.

The ring I fell for was almost double our budget, but it opened the door to exploring watches for my husband too. We spent over an hour with Emma, browsing and discussing, and left empty-handed — but with her contact details for when we were ready.

Two weeks and some number-crunching later, we called to arrange our purchase. Coming back felt like visiting old friends. We were given full attention throughout, talked through our gems and watch, and made to feel like the only customers in the shop.

We couldn't have been happier with our pieces — the most special purchases we've made in 10 years.

Having looked for a Rolex Daytona for a while, and found the whole experience of the AD to be thoroughly unedifying. I had started to look and consider alternatives which brought me to the Omega and the Speedmaster, specifically the Grey Side of The Moon.

I spoke with a couple of Omega retailers - and the experience was good but not stand out. If wasn’t until I met Andy in a Leeds that it became clear to me that this was the brand and retailer for me.

Andy stayed in touch whilst sourcing a watch from Omega which came much sooner than expected, and he did a great job preparing the Omega manager (Peter) for our arrival.

Peter was excellent on the day and made both my wife and I feel really special.

Unsurprisingly - Andy followed up a couple of days later to check in - because he really cares about his customers.

A great product, Berry’s in Leeds are excellent & Andy and Peter are fantastic ambassadors of both the store and the Omega brand.

Brilliant service from Ethan start to finish, I wanted to see 4 watches and booked an appointment the following day.
When I arrived, all of the people I met inside the Jewellers were polite and friendly.
Ethan provided a personable service and gave really good advice.
The owner Geoffrey even stopped by to check in on the service and offered some words of wisdom.
A superb experience and thanks for the coffee Ethan, love the watch and will return in the future.
