Advertised as non slip but dangerously slippy
Advertised vinyl flooring as slip resistant but this wrong, we put the floor down on our bathroom and it was extremely slippy, my daughter slipped over multiple times one of the times caused her an injury, even slippy for myself and my husband. Do not recommend. I raised with PayPal but they weren’t very helpful and best4flooring are not prepared to resolve.

Delivered a day late.
The flooring material is just as ordered & I look forward to many years of service from it.
However, when a Company gives an agreed delivery date, I don't expect to be told a new, later date by their delivery contractor.

We are sorry to hear there has been a problem with you delivery We send thousands of deliveries therefore we do not receive notifications when a delivery is delayed therefore unaware of your delivery issue
whilst 99% of all deliveries go ahead without an issue, we are not 100% able to guarantee deliveries due to elements outside our control such as adverse weather conditions, courier staff shortages, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery.

Ordered 3 samples of vinyl roll flooring. These were generous sizes - a pleasant and useful change from some other flooring companies we approached. Each sample was clearly labelled and also received an itemised 'invoice' which was helpful and business like. We chose to purchase one of the styles and the order was placed without difficulty.

Ordered vinyl flooring for my kitchen…
Ordered vinyl flooring for my kitchen however it was delivered damaged. I phoned straight away and my issue was sorted instantly and a replacement was arranged for the next day. I spoke with a very helpful lady called Michelle. Very impressed. The flooring is lovely and good quality. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Our sales team have looked into your delivery further and can see that the order was delivered on the day requested. Deliveries can take place any time between 8.00am and 7.00pm on the day of delivery. The tracking details should provide an ETA for the delivery, however driver ETAs can change due to elements outside of their control such as adverse weather conditions, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery.

I loved the sample they sent. It was package witj a letter too.
I have questions about the product, so I rang the numbers on the letter and rang....and rang! I never got an answer, so I didn't order from them and went to on line flooring instead. Shame.
