Second radiator I’ve ordered. Went for the 1200w slimline curve. Opted for remote mounted feet as a temporary solution but I struggled with the screws supplied. Best Electric were really helpful and supplied alternatives which were better.

Purchased 6 Slimline Curve electric radiators/heaters in different sizes 3 months ago. Only recently started to use them so left reviewing them until I could see how they perform. Updating the clock and settings was a bit fiddly but we managed to program each radiators on and off times different on each radiators to meet our requirements. It's not got too cold yet but they all seem to heat up quickly and the thermostat control is a useful addition. They look good, not too big and would recommend to anyone thinking about alternative heating sources.

I found what size I wanted and ordered it and the Radiator came with a few day and was easy to set up

Excellent quality electric radiator, slim stylish and functional very well in our garden office that’s 3.5 x 2.5 metres, keeping it at a constant temperature throughout the day. This is a very trustworthy company that’s customer service is outstanding, whereby you can actually speak with them and not A.I, they are very customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with, buy with confidence.

i ordered a replacement cable for my electric radiator. Shame it was not replaced for free😁 other than that it was sent quickly and received earlier than expected. Highly recommend this company, it is reliable and serious.

Communication is truly first class
Very responsive and helpful. They swapped with a refund when I had accidentally ordered a radiator that was too large and when one of the radiators didn’t seem the work they picked it up and replaced it the next day.
Very happy with the quality appearance and performance of the final radiator set up.

Website good, delivery fast, heater does the job very well. My only comment is that the user instructions are not the clearest - around then programming of the unit. So it would be 5 stars for the unit and the service but 4 stars for the instructions.

Fast shipment, Nigel in customer services assisted when I had a small issue, hope he gets recognised for this help.
I'd buy again.

Order and delivery process was quick and efficient.
Radiator is very flat again so the wall and was easy to install.
Struggling a little with the settings. Instructions are very small and not entirely intuitive.

Poor deliver service , 3 radiators and 1 towel rail ordered which all came on separate deliveries and 1 of them was 2 days later than promised. No response from customer service

Brilliant customer service - were quick to replace a radiator that was received slightly damaged and super helpful in arranging the swap. It's nice to be able to pick up the phone and actually speak to someone after only a couple of rings, rather than holding for ages or having an automated service!
