The service was good and helpful when I had to call and ask about the radiators. However, the delivery came unexpectedly. Not a single notification of when it was scheduled to be delivered. It arrived just before I was leaving for work in the morning, and the delivery driver had to quickly carry it into my house because I was away to miss my bus. It would've been nicer to know when it was going to be delivered.

This is the second Slimline Curve Electric Radiator we’ve bought from Best Electric and we’re just as impressed as the first time. The team are so lovely to deal with. We purchased the Slimline Curve Electric Radiator | Energy Efficient | Ultra Slim (51mm) | Dry Thermal | White | 600w - 2000w for a small bedroom. Easy to order on line and delivery was super quick (within 2 days) and the radiator was so easy to install. Originally we had a storage heater which was ugly, but this radiator looks really smart on the wall, doesn’t take up much space, is smooth and sleek, and gives off a lovely heat exactly when you need it. A brilliant product from a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

Great product and great company to deal with

The website is clear and ordering was efficient. Delivery was very quick. Of 9 radiators, one pack had 2 bracket screws missing, but a quick conversation on the web-chat solved that (immediate response, polite and respectful) with replacements in the post the next day.

Such a great company to deal with. I didn't really have a clue what size radiator I wanted so I started an online chat with them. The guy was really helpful, worked it all out for me & I got my radiator with legs the very next day. As I haven't used it yet ( Its a Heater and still summer) but I did switch it on the display is very difficult to see and use but hopefully there is a way once I have started using it

Easy to install look stylish good delivery

I'm very pleased with the five Slimline Curve radiators of different sizes that I bought from Best Electric Radiators. I'd say they're an excellent choice that offer a huge range of possible settings that should easily meet the heating requirements of any home. They heat up extremely quickly, take the chill out of the air in no time at all and the room temperature subsequently rises surprisingly quickly. For me, this is exactly what I need.
At this point I should quickly mention that my property has been refurbished in preparation for electric heating and is very well insulated. Once warmed up, it holds its heat very well.
I'm at home most of the time and prefer to warm individual rooms on demand. I therefore use the manual mode and find this a very handy option to easily control the heat and keep things as economical as possible. When the room's warm enough, I simply turn down the heat setting on the radiator, and leave it to take care of itself. Although it might be switched on for several hours, it probably only actually supplies heat for a much shorter period of time.
As an example, on a recent cold day I used two radiators (1500w and 900w) to keep the kitchen diner warm for four hours before switching them off and moving through to use a 2000w radiator in the lounge for two hours - all for less than the price of a cup of coffee (I use a prepaid keypad meter which tells me my costs in real time). I'm very happy with that.
I'd say the support offered by Best Electric Radiators (pre and post sale) is second to none. My queries have always been answered promptly and very helpfully. For instance, when I struggled to work out how to use the manual mode, I was quickly sent the link to a really useful series of You Tube videos explaining the various settings and my problems were solved. I couldn't have been more impressed!
