This the second order with this company we now have the radiators in all rooms except bathroom .Really pleased they are effective, take little space and fit in with all decor. The app to use them on your phone is brilliant .Customer service is also very good.

Works OK & looks well what more do you need. The delivery operator was a load of rubbish, they could damage the credibility of Best Electric if there not careful.

Great heaters excellent customer service. Just what we needed to keep two spare rooms at comfortable temperature. Did have a minor problem which was sorted with quick phone call immediately

We were really pleased with the product and really like the fact that it is narrow and unobtrusive. It is also very effective at heating our previously cold hallway.

I've not installed as yet but they look good delivery was quick to quick that's why they are not installed yet.

This is our second Slimline curve wifi 2000W bought to add further heat into the same room as previous bought Slimline. Great product and looks fantastic too. I would have given it 5Stars as previous but the new radiator has a loud click presumably it’s the expansion and contraction. It’s loud though as it sets the dog barking which is a little annoying. Probably needs balancing correctly and playing with the settings

BER were very helpful when buying a radiator and showed good knowledge of the product and how it would work for us. The radiator is very good and set up was fairly straight forward.

A faulty radiator was delivered

Very poor communication regarding dispatched and delivery of item, no email send for either. Disappointed that the towel rail requires a different app (WIFI version) than other radiators purchased from this company. The towel rail itself is very good, high quality finish. Having difficulty connecting to app, not as simple as previously purchased products, we have been very happy with previous products which is why we chose to return when upgrading our bathroom.
