Easy to order, delivered on time and an excellent product which works as advertised which makes a change in today's world.

The radiators are good, the control panel is a bit confusing and the instructions aren't great. I've managed to programme the basics but not figured out the timers.
Now onto the dispatch process. The radiators are dispatched quickly so points for that. BUT and this is a huge but for me, there's no confirmation of dispatch or tracking details, no communication once the order is placed. No tracking I can live without but my psychic abilities are few and far between. When I followed up I was advised the radiators were arriving on the day in question, then was advised there would be a £50 fee if I missed the delivery (the delivery I didn't know was coming) then pointed to a delivery FAQ page that didn't state this information. After a few back and forth emails it was sorted but it wasn't a great experience which encourages repeat customers.

Great customer service and on time swift delivery. Great radiator so far. It was a bit of a faff to set it up to use via WiFi but now that it's set up, I can't fault it!

This electric wall heater is a perfect addition to our new home and works really well. I was so impressed with the service of Best Electric in fulfilling my order. I needed a larger cable for my electric radiator, using the same supplier where I bought the radiators for the house a couple of years ago.
I received the same service from them spending £12.50
as I got when I spent over a grand with them.

I had a problem setting up the 'USB stick' that plugs in to the Router. The App kept on logging out because of the temporary log-in details needed for the USB stick to talk to the Router. I phoned the support line and was very sympathetically helped by James - a big thanks to you mate! The resulting solution suggested, was to re-boot my phone - and it worked! (Why didn't I think...) Anyway, hope this might help others with the same problem.

Did quite a bit of research trying to find the right heater for our conservatory and the 1500w curve seemed to fit the bill. Had a very helpful chat with James (the owner) who talked me through a few things after the quick delivery. As it's still quite mild in Poole we've not really had to use it but when it has powered up it seems very efficient. Smart to look at on the separate feet we purchased.
