Brilliant company - absolutely fantastic communication from the initial phone call through to setting up the contract and beyond. Nothing is a problem, the staff communicate regularly with our company to ensure that everything runs smoothly and scripts are kept up to date. Brilliant at using the online diary system that we have too and no complaints from our clients. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

We've been using Best Reception since 2008. At the outset we didn't have the resource to answer calls directly and as we grew it morphed to being for support at particularly busy times.

I've been using Best Reception for a few years now and I'm really happy to be able to say a few words of appreciation in support of them. In the time that I've been using their services I can't think of any occasion where I didn't feel that they had the best interests of my company at heart. I've used other answering services before and their responses to my patients questions always sounded either scripted or confused. I think the best feedback that I can give is that my patients have no idea that I use a remote answering service as they're calls are handled with efficiency, politeness and attention to detail. They are genuinely surprised when they show up at my clinic and expect to see the receptionist that handled their enquiry. And that leads me to my final point in that they are more than an answering service. I know for a fact that they have converted enquiries into confirmed appointments with they're personable handling of each individual. They are an important member of my team and I'm more than happy in allowing them to be the first point of contact with the public.

I started using Best Reception in 2007 and have never looked back!

I choose to have my missed calls emailed to me, unless they are a young person (or their Parent/Carer) - or a lost course delegate(!) and then they try patching them through.

So, I know that if I get a call from Best Reception it is one that I need to try to answer, otherwise general calls to my 0800 just come through as emails for me to respond to as and when I can.

Fantastic team, nothing too much trouble (oh and forwarding faxes can be occasionally useful too)!!...

Its a great service however much you use them they always answer the calls perfectly and the contact info is passed on clearly. Great value for money packages. Recently, Best reception went above and beyond when the hospital was trying to contact me and I had left the divert on. The young lady had the common sense to phone me on my mobile and put through the call. I was truly grateful for this exceptional service.
