It takes around an hour to get through to customer service by phone, and they quote 7–10 working days just to respond to an email. After waiting more than two weeks for my swimming pool order to arrive, I ended up ordering the exact same pool from Amazon, which was delivered the very next day.

When the Bestway delivery finally arrived, I rejected it because I no longer needed it. I'm still waiting to hear how to return the additional items, such as the pool cover, as the returns process is far from straightforward.

Overall, the customer service, communication, delivery times, and returns process have all been extremely disappointing. I would avoid purchasing directly from Bestway and would recommend buying through a retailer instead.

I placed an order on 26/5 and it said 2-4 working days delivery. I have rung three different times to be told there is a problem with their warehouse/ courier system. I have been told I will have an email or call back different times no one communicates back ever. I rung today and they have said the item is out of stock ( but they are selling them online as still in stock) and that they will cancel my order. I feel lied to I asked many times is the items in stock to be told they are and they obviously aren't. I ask to speak to someone higher on the phone and I was told I wasn't guaranteed someone will call back. The last two people who I have spoken to shouldn't work in customer services they are so rude. Its disappointing to be treated this way.

Update 12/6 - yesterday they cancelled my order.

Ordered a pool 2 weeks ago and still not turned up I have called and have just been told that there has been issues with the couriers which from the reviews I don’t think that’s the case as it’s not the first time. It was meant to get delivered today but a no show. I had to book a day off work today for no reason.

Great product but really poor customer service. Started a warranty claim 10 days ago. No response

Update 1.) so Bestway reached out on trustpilot asking for details. As of this morning no response still…. 13 days and no reply

Ordered a 12ft steel pro max pool directly from the bestway website on the 26th of may. Delivery was stated as 2-4 business days. As of today 6th of June I am yet to receive the product. I have emailed the company 3 times and had no response.

Update- pool arrived today the 10th of June. No response from bestway via emails or phone. Glad it has arrived.

Ordered a pool with 4-days delivery. Still not arrived 2 weeks later. Customer services unable to help and advise me just to “wait and hope”. Shambolic company.

I ordered May 25th No response from email I sent a week ago, they said 2-4 days delivery time on website well it’s been two weeks and all I have is the starter clean kit no pool disappointing there’s no difficulty for a business like this to send at least a generic apology to customers about the delay in delivery.
Before I ordered I searched on several places such as very and Amazon for example after this I decided it looked better for me to order three items together directly from best way for ease and delivery times stated don’t trust what their site says at least very stated on their site they would not have stock until 2nd of June I seriously wish I had ordered from elsewhere now it puts a bad taste in your mouth… they don’t care otherwise they would give you more than radio silence when they must know for a fact they over sold to what they can deliver on.. if they had integrity this would have been addressed!

Very happy with our pool

The pool arrived on time with all pieces and reasonably easy instructions. I even managed to put it up with no help at all except carrying the box into the garden! ( I had experience assembling a previous pool pool however.)

Had a large pool delivered and when we erected it there are two leaks on the pump pipe. Tried ringing to no avail. Emailed and advised 3/5 days for response. 6 days and still waiting. Bad customer service.

The delivery was quick but the product is terrible, the Hawaii hot tub lid loses its air after 1 day and I need to blow it back up every 2 days

Stated 2-4 days delivery hasn't even been dispatched after 3. Takes 30 mins to get through to support and hardly any help anyway. Will try to cancel order

Late delivery, no update to tracking. Impossible to reach anyone in customer service.

Ordered a Pool last Monday and like many who are putting a review, where is my product? Don't put that delivery is 2-4 working days if you can not commit. This is false advertisement.
Lucky for you the weather has changed but unlucky for you if I don't get a despatch notification in the next 24 hours then I will be cancelling and will buy an Intex pool instead.

I would think twice on making an order for any chemicals. Placed order a week ago expecting to receive items in 2-4 days but as off yet not even received email to say depatched yet. Phone customer service waited over 45 minutes to speak to someone to be told items have not yet been allocated and could not even tell me when I should at least expect to receive order as they did not have a clue. Kept apologising but like I said if they can’t cope with orders then they shouldn’t be accepting new orders and if I was made aware then I would not have placed the order and would have gone elsewhere. I won’t be ordering again.

Bought a pump and it came within the specified dates. Delivered to where it should have been.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a company I order this pool Monday I spent Friday and Saturday for hours on hold on the phone to them for no answer no response to my emails …..where is my pool I paid for where is the update on the tracking there is zero information this isn’t good enough !!

Ordered the sand filter, solar cover and maintenance kit with 2-4 days delivery however the items haven’t arrived and the time has passed and have no tracking info or despatch info still. I understand it’s a busy time but this should be accounted for as summer happens every year. I’m leaving the review in the purposes of updates and no communication to advise of delayed delivery.
