Helpful staff & decent facilities
I had a helpful meeting with one of the Better staff at Windrush Leisure Centre. My current health was assessed, followed by a gym induction and I am now going twice a week. I already feel stronger and more confident as a result.

staff are not very welcoming towards…
staff are not very welcoming towards younger members and aren’t inclusive despite the fact they pay to use the facilities. some especially more than others

Where do I begin!!! The staff and fitness instructors are top touch friendly and highly trained. There are a variety of classes inclusive to all range of abilities! I can't recommend the centre enough!

Joined in November 2024. I have MS and have found the centre really welcoming. My gym programme has been adapted for my abilities and my trainer is very knowledgeable about MS which is fantastic.

Small pool cold and dirty
I took my toddler swimming in the small pool and was disappointed by how dirty and cold it was. Unless it improves I will not take him swimming there again.
The main pool was ok, also could do with a good clean and was pretty cold. All in all I am disappointed by the swimming facilities

Very dishonest
Not transparent with timetable, so they try to convince you to get the membership. Then you realise that you can't go on any of the times they told you.

The gym, male changing room and shower
The gym is nice, big, a lot of machines, I really like it but I am disappointed how is dirty into male changing room and shower rooms. Soooo bad 😞
