Emails for spaces on fully booked activities are not effective for most. Texts would be a good addition Some activities are booked but not attended and not cancelled.There needs to be some monitor... Toon meer

Returning after 6 months away.
Generally very good. The facilities are faultless. Brand new (or as close to…) equipment that is always in great condition. Loads to do. Plenty included in the membership which is very reasonably priced.
Avoid peak times, it gets REALLY busy… for all of the right reasons…
There’s always plenty of staff on shift, and I suppose the gym is fairly self sufficient which is why you don’t see many of them up there. But elsewhere, it’s great and if you have a problem they’re usually more than happy to help.
Overall - very good 👍 - there is a lot of competition from premium gym brands in York, but on price point, York Leisure Centre stands above all of them.

I went for a swim but the time table had changed and so I had a wasted journey, not very happy!
