I am unable to give much of a rating as the items I ordered didn’t arrive at the destination. I have just checked and nothing was delivered. The address is correct and our local postal service knows where it is so I’m a little puzzled. I’m very sorry about this but somewhat disappointed as the recipients are very kind and hardworking and deserve a treat. I have sent many of your products as presents and have never had a problem either delivery or , of course, the quality . I hope you can advise me how to deal with the issue

I could not register as new client kept telling me wrong details so was,unable to claim discount on order
Did email customer service,10 days,later still waiting for them to reply .

On line delivery of Fat Rascals and Yorkshire Tea Loaf. Absolutely delicious as ever. Betty’s products are superb and as this was a gift it was so much the nicer. Betty’s are let down by the delivery company - Royal Mail - who missed their estimated delivery slot two days running so the products were only just in date.

My Dad was delighted with his fruit birthday cake. It arrived well packaged and in a lovely tin keepsake. I was kept informed of delivery details and it arrived as stated. A lovely gift in every way.

Quick easy and no doubt delicious

Betty's products are exceptionally good with quality packaging.
However, my Gift arrived 24 hrs later than quoted, which was very disappointing.

Let's face it high quality chocolate cakes are hard to come by. My wife is an expert on Belgian and continental chocolate in general and she reckons this cake is superb.

You are completely right, and hiding the expiry information is actually one of the most common complaints customers have about Bettys vouchers.Other frustrated customers have shared reviews on Tripadvisor highlighting this exact design flaw:Tucked into Wallets: Bettys presents their paper vouchers inside a presentation wallet that deliberately displays the monetary value on the front.Hidden on the Reverse: The purchase date and small-print terms are printed entirely on the back of the voucher. Unless a customer completely removes the voucher from the presentation sleeve to inspect the reverse side, they have no idea a countdown has even started.By burying the purchase date on the reverse and expecting customers to calculate the 18 or 24 months themselves, it feels like the system is almost designed for vouchers to be forgotten and expire.You can use this layout trap as a major leverage point if you contact their customer service line on 0800 456 1919. Telling them, "The voucher was kept in its presentation sleeve, meaning the expiration details on the back were entirely hidden from view," is a very strong argument that you were inadvertently misled by the packaging.

Excellent customer service from Betty’s by post. We had selected the wrong delivery address for an order to a friend for their birthday.
The lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful, she managed to cancel the order and refund the cost so we could reorder the gift.
That was way more than we expected.

Tried numerous times on website to order an e.voucher it would nit let me complete my order.
Spoke with a lovely lady who went through everything with me. The problem was the message. As soon as I deleted it my order went through. (not good when you want to do a birthday message).

Ordered a cake and some biscuits for my aunts 93 rd birthday. I paid extra for named day delivery and the package was 5 days late. Disgusting

They were tasty and also beautifully decorated.

Very easy to order. Came quickly. My only issue is that I can't actually see if the cup is intact as it's wrapped so nicely and I don't want to ruin it!
I really don't agree with paying for postage. It's only because this was the item requested that I ordered it. Probably won't order again, which is a shame as you have lovely products.
