If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.
We want every Bettys experience to be a happy one so if you're in any way disappointed with your service, do call or email. We're here to help.

Ordered a gift card to be sent to my grandsons wife for her birthday. Ordering was straightforward, I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and it was delivered on time. She was thrilled with the gift!

Unfortunate
Unfortunately, through no fault of Betty's, the birthday cake did not arrive on the requested date. However I was disappointed by the fact that Betty's only offered to replace the order or a full refund, no partial refund because of delay.
