Beautiful gold framed mirror
I ordered a beautiful gold framed customized mirror for my bathroom and it came well packed and on time. It looks absolutely brilliant in my bathroom, I will keep buying things from BGA Store. I had some concerns about the parcel being stuck on one of the European airports for 3 days so I contacted the BGA Store customer service and on the next day, the mirror arrived in perfect shape. I am happy with my purchase and everything. BGA Store is a great shop to buy beautiful stuff for your home.

Honestly the bag took so long to…
Honestly the bag took so long to arrive. When it did. It looked nothing like the quality in the picture. It was cheaply made and a poor representation of what i thought I was buying. Also I could not get in touch with them to return it. After 6 unanswered emails I gave up and threw the bag away

Regarding your return, if you ordered a return label from us, you’ll receive a tracking number once you’ve dropped off the parcel. The courier will provide you with a receipt or tracking reference, which is also printed on the label itself.

Poor communication and waiting periods
Took so long to ship or communicate that my bank reversed the charge, then charged again an month later when it finally shipped. By that point I had already found something else and wanted to return, but received to response to my return request

Not delivered, no support
The items I purchased were supposed to be delivered in 2 - 6 working days. Shipping cost was comparatively high, but given that the arrival was supposed to be quick, I was ok paying.
10 working days later (14 days in total), I have not received anything. When trying to contact the website via their chat, I was told it was currently closed. Sending an email did not result in any replies.
I will definitely avoid in future, while looking at what steps to take next.

Very Good service
Good service, I ordered a mirror and it was shipped in a few days to Ireland (From Sweden). Excellent quality packaging to prevent damage. No issues, I can recommend it.

Product quality good......protracted delivery time
Product quality good, reasonably priced. Great selection of frames. My items arrived well packaged. The only downfall with my transaction is the length of time taken for delivery as well as only limited tracking information from the courier (GLS) across various jurisdictions. For this reason alone I would be slow to purchase again.
