Very easy systems to use online
Very easy systems to use online - a quick table to see where any claim is up to and when submitting claims a rolling total is very visible. Post claim submission is also very good, keeping me updated of the process and also when to expect refund into my bank account

Reason I gave 4 not 5 was you requested consultants referral letter
I didn't know where to add this as form asked for £ amount to be included and there wasn't a charge for the letter. I added £1 and explained in additional info.

Each claim submission is assessed individually on it’s own merit, so each submission should have all the required evidence/ documentation provided (regardless of if this has been previously provided). So, if our Claims Services Team (CST) have declined a claim due to missing documentation, this should be re-submitted alongside the other documentation for assessment.
