I received a response within minutes of sending in my claim by email. I was informed that online claims should be done a certain way however this time Debbie informed me my claim had been processed and the Guidance for online claims was attached.

Helpful and efficient payments
I’ve had this health cash plan for many years through my employer and the claims for dental and optical have been a valuable help with this costs

VERY pleased to say there was an easy accessible phone number when I rang I got through to a very help young lady Riya Sethi ( she was happy for me to mention her by name ) Very Refreshing to speak to an actual person that was empathetic & very pleasant & helpful ! I only wish there were more human interaction as successful as this available universally ! I have had several email confirmations from her, as requested, that she received electronic forms I have completed successfully by email.
