Booked in for major service, MOT, tracking and replacement anti bar roll link. I have a black box policy, which records all trips taken. This garage completed over 18 trips during the time my car was left with them, using near 100 miles in fuel and unnecessarily running up my mileage. My car was driven at max speeds of 83mph in 60mph locations. It was driven across Birmingham, Nuneaton, atherstone. It was even taken to McDonald’s. When I tried to register complaint the garage denied everything, even though I have evidence via my insurance company. I have now reported to the police. I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided.

Booked my car in for full service for today, had confirmation text saying it would be collected between 8-10 but no show!
When i called they denied all knowledge of having it booked in even though i had a confirmation 😡
They offered to rebook it for next week but i will have returned to work so very annoyed and disappointed.

Worst place to ever get a MOT them rip you off and I’m not the first person this has happened to I went to get another quote at 2 different garages and they gave it half the price

Booked in for MOT and service, kept the car for nearly 3 days, massive mark up on materials (even by garage standards) Returned the car with the service light still on and no adblue added despite the warning light being on, and wanted to charge us a further £85 for adding the adblue (cost of adblue approx £15 for 2L and 2 minutes to refill it)

Excellent service and the staff are really friend on and helpful and keep you up to date with what is going on with your service.

Staff were friendly and the service was nice and quick. Would definitely recommend.

Mot on van First class service.

Booked in for a DPF clean and I asked if they could clean EGR valve at the same time, to which they assured me they could. They then tell me that I don’t need a DPF clean despite numerous codes and messages on the car telling me that I do and that they don’t do EGR valve cleaning. Still charged me £45 though for doing nothing! Rude receptionist was also talking over me when I was asking for an explanation of why I was being charged. Definitely avoid!

Team couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend (I had MOT and replacement seatbelt). Specific call out to Caroline - great service!

Had my car for eleven weeks, waiting for a gear control cable. Said they couldn’t get the part repeatedly but I look online and it’s in stock in numerous places. Agro on the phone, don’t call you back, don’t answer web chat or WhatsApp. Very poor. In the end I bought the part and posted it to them. Still had to hassle them to fit it, more agro. That’s when they told me my car is on a farm in Rugby and had been the whole time. Overcharged me and broke some interior.
Unprofessional AVOID.

Booked in for Mot on van, this failed fair enough booked in the van for half a day as discussed. They called at 5pm to say it would not be done that day and will cost more than they quoted. Picked up the van , still has the fault light on the brakes, changed parts that I did not ask and charged more for the privilege. Worst experience with a garage in twenty years. The manager couldn’t run a bath never mind a garage. Reported to trading standards. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Great service and communication.

Warranty work to resolve an electrical fault. Booked in for diagnostic at the end of August. Had to phone several times over the following weeks for updates and kept being told that they were waiting on the part. When pushed (at the end of Sept) they asked for it to go back in for another diagnostic and then magically the part arrived and was fitted within 2 days. Generally pleased with the work, just a shame it took over a month to resolve a simple fault.

Great experience. All staff were very friendly and the service was very efficient. Great communication via text message and phone calls.
