I've had the card about 5 years and it's been good. No transaction problems at all. I've paid in full every month and only ever used about 25% available of a £3,800 limit. My rating is in the excel... Toon meer

Simple straightforward card. Works brilliantly.
Only downside if you consider it one is that you do not get an actual card.
It is all done via your phone.

Stay Away from Bip.Credit – Pathetic Service!
Bip.Credit is a joke. They offered me an *approved* credit card in the pre-eligibility check, and of course, I applied, thinking it was legit. Guess what? They declined me after the application! Complete waste of time.
To make matters worse, they tanked my credit score in the process! Bip clearly doesn’t care about their customers and handles things recklessly. They’ll lead you on with fake approvals and then mess up your credit without a second thought.
Seriously, don’t trust this company – they’re unethical, and using them will only hurt you in the long run.

Bip is a great online credit company
Bip has given me the freedom to use my money and buy things and pay later , they have been a very useable online credit company , and as long as you pay your monthly payments they are generous with there credit limits

Very reliable.

But they gave me a chance to improve my credit score.

Poor services
Locked out account - cannot access any information. Call the support line and no one ever answers. Been trying 4 months now.
Did not change any details and call the numbers and it dials off.

Easy to use, convenient and quick, now I just want to close it off...
I've found bip to be a very easy to use app. The credit feels fair although it's difficult to get out of. They keep increasing my credit for some reason but I'm trying to not use it whenever possible. They say they only do this if they think it's right for you so it doesn't feel overly predatory but it is a little, however you can opt out of it if you don't want an increase.
When paying on direct debit I'm usually happy but occasionally I might want to pay early and if it's too close to the direct debit day it isn't calculated in time so you end up paying your direct debit plus your early contribution. I found it best to pay at least 2 weeks before a direct debit to avoid any doubled fees if that's what you are needing.
Overall, the app is easy to use and I've had no trouble so far after a few years using them. All I want now is to stop using them though because I just want out of the credit and to close it off.
