I have been a member of Bluesteps for over five years and paid for a lifetime membership. It is useful specially for professional development and trainings.
However, they randomly turned off my membership access last year and I have been trying unsuccessfully to reactivate it. They do NOT have any customer service department and it is NOT possible to contact them at any cost.

I found the webinar very informative, in terms of positioning one's skills around AI rather than focusing on AI skills themselves. Also relevant, and a related point, was the advice to emphasise HOW we achieved over WHAT we achieved, and crafting a narrative of adaptability and readiness for future ongoing development.

I found the last webinar chat very helpful. The speakers were competent on their subject.

Approach executive search professionals, some are very open

Seeing first-hand the importance that the team placed on in-person networking gave me the vigor I needed to take the step I have been hesitant to take. It is critical to my professional development to "be present" in events, associations, and industry seminars. The other dynamic that I have not emphasized much is the need to produce literature that expresses my skillset and strength of industry knowledge. The team gave profound insight into how this guides and informs researchers in understanding the candidate they are looking at and is a substantial developmental aspect in the relationship between the candidate and the researcher.

very insightful reminder to executive resume writing!

Attended the webinar "How to Create the Perfect executive resume" and I was so impressed with the speakers, I connected immediately to them on LinkedIn and will see their guidance in my search. This reinforced my belief that AI written anything is NOT the way to go especially in this market. The other item that stood out is that your resume should not be tailored to a job/role, but it should be about you and you only. There are so many tools out there that rewrite your resume given a job description. I was skeptical about that strategy and I am convinced now.

The presentation was chock full of helpful tips that also came with clear examples.

The BlueSteps webinars are always chock-full of great, practical information, delivered by an extremely knowledgeable and always helpful coaching team.

I like the way speakers are clear, this help me really understand recruiter, hiring managers mindset. The topic is interesting. It seems there is a comparison between USA and Europe.
I am wondering if speakers have an experience from african profiles.

The whole webinar was why AI is bad and why you should pay a resume writer. There were no actual tips or tricks or anything useful.

Interesting topics as free webinars. Very helpful.

At Bluesteps.com it seems to be all about the money. I have a 300USD subscription and now had to pay an additional fee of 120USD for reactivating my original subscription for same period.
After many emails to ask for support: NO RESPONSE!!
So watch out, you pay a lot (!) for little value that you can get at most headhunters for free

Basic - self promo - void

It was a short and very targeted session with relevant content and objective views as opposed to trying to over-sell a service.
Particularly valuable was the section on challenges and how to overcome them.
I also appreciated that there was no sugar coating.

The C Suite CV that the career coach at Blue Steps helped me work on a few years ago was such a door opener.
