Couldn’t fault 1st class service. It was my first experience in scrapping any car, it just happened to be my car , which has always been there for me , now sent to be scrapped .The collection driver was a breath of fresh air and not only filled in the paperwork, but phoned the company to release the balance of the agreed sale price, which I received shortly in my bank account. Well done for a streamlined service. Thank you.

The agent was helpful and explained how the uplift process would work, which was useful as it is not a situation many people experience. After I accepted the agreed price, which seemed fair, and was more than local companies would offer, an uplift was arranged for a time that suited me. My car was collected within two days, making the sad disposal of my trusty car, relatively stress free. I received message updates regarding the driver's expected arrival time. My payment was processed into my account promptly. Overall, I felt BMS salvage took the burden of disposal of my car off my shoulders. The Copart driver was friendly and efficient, carrying out his part with good humour and efficiency. I am happy with the service received.

The process was very easy to arrange
The process was very easy to arrange. The only reason this is a 4 star rating is that I was told I would be contacted by the driver to provide a rough estimate of the time they would collect my vehicle. This did not happen and I was called by the garage where my vehicle was telling me someone was there to pick it up. The driver collecting my vehicle was lovely but said there was no such message in his instructions. otherwise, excellent, simple and fast.

I asked to be notified when collection lorry was 1 hour away. No message received until driver arrived at the garage selected. Which ment driver had to wait for our arrival.
Other than than all ran smoothly with collection and money transfer in the same day.
Would use this service again should I need to in the future.
