Consistent and Reliable
BMS Salvage were easy to contact. The booking to collect the car was speedy. There was an issue with the size of the pick up truck to take the car and eventually was rectified that the car was still collected in the same week. Text messages and a phone call was received as per our request to ensure the driver could collect and the job was completed. Thank you.

Helpful & Friendly
I spoke with Alex, who was friendly and helpful after what had been a financially painful experience (engine failure after a "wet-belt" issue). He explained the procedure for disposal of my car clearly. The collection from the garage was arranged easily and the collection by the driver was also quick and easy. Again the collection lorry driver was friendly and helpful.
The agreed fee for my car, which was a lot more than the scrap value I'd been quoted was in my bank account within 1.5 hours of collection.
On the whole, even though I was gutted my car had to go, this company softened the blow a little. So thank you.

Car failed MOT
Car failed MOT, only fit for scrap.. Phoned BMS salvage to see if they could collect and not charge! Not only did they collect, they paid me for it.. Would definitely recommend..
