Bond Wolfe Reviews

I’ve worked with Jonnie Hackett at Bond Wolfe Auctions since 2020 while offloading my property portfolio across the West Midlands, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Jonnie’s depth of experience — built over more than 40 years in the industry — really sets him apart. His market knowledge is exceptional, and time and again his appraisals have proven spot on, with hammer prices matching his expectations on the day, regardless of the published guide price.

He offers clear, honest advice, understands local market dynamics inside out, and brings a calm confidence that makes the whole auction process straightforward and reassuring. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands property auctions and consistently delivers results, Jonnie is the person to speak to.

Bought a house before the December auction.
All of the Bond Wolfe staff were super friendly and helpful, they made the whole process really easy from helping access the legal documents to arranging access with the tenants.

Will hopefully be looking at a couple of houses in the next auction !

Thanks Bond Wolfe

I’ve contacted them regarding a property that was sold long time ago they still did not update the site , so once they sell your property that will stay for years on their website ,

For 2 years, I have experienced from all team members, especially James R. A professional approach to sell a portfolio of houses. The process was straightforward, with ease to contact, to discuss options and receive updates. I would definitely employ again and recommend the service of Bond Wolfe.
Many thanks.

Here at SDGB Ltd, we’ve instructed a good number of properties through James Rossiter and it’s always a solid experience. We’re not the easiest clients to deal with, but James never hesitates to go above and beyond. There’s a lot of trust in how we work together—he’s reliable, the marketing is always on point, and communication is easy and clear. It feels like a proper team effort every time. James is our go-to auctioneer and we’ll definitely keep instructing him.

I had experience of selling as an executor through a different auction house in the past and it wasn’t good. When it came to selling my own property recently I needed a quick and easy option so chose the auction route again but this time with Bond Wolfe. From the first point of contact with the office through the ensuing valuation , photographs and virtual tour and viewings all the staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency, all done in a friendly and engaging manner. Having said all staff demonstrated professionalism etc there is one member of staff who went above and beyond in his dealings with me, James Rossiter. Throughout the process his expertise, advice and support made what is generally a difficult and stressful time anything but. If we were all able to deal with people like him in all areas of our lives life would be so much more simple and straightforward. Thank you James .
