Bond Wolfe Reviews

I have pulled out of the Auction process as there were was payment request initiated of 7.5k prior to the Auction.

The auction process was very professional.

James was approachable and friendly. He responded quickly to emails and was always informative. He enabled the process to run smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent at what they do!

Sold a property for us at the December Bond Wolfe Auction. The whole process was exceptionally smooth.

Highly recommended.

We are very grateful to James Rossiter who has been supporting us with advice, right throughout.
He is an asset to any professional organisation and we look forward to communicating with him at future auctions.

Found James courteous, responsive, proactive and professional. Helped us through a tight deadline at a busy time for him too. Recommended.

We used a Bond Wolfe Auction held in October 2024 to sell an investment property in Birmingham.
Our main point of contact was Perm Daley. Throughout she was most professional and responsive to our enquiries.
Wouldn't hesitate to instruct her again in the future if the need arises.

Excellent service from Bond Wolfe when selling my property. The staff, especially Perm Daley and James Rossiter and also Charlie were approachable and extremely helpful, explaining every step and giving good advice throughout. Really pleased. Many thanks

great company to deal with ,very efficient, i have done business with them for many years ,no problem recommending them

guide prices are not realistic but simply a toll to get persons/individuals bidding.

auctioneers have a duty to provide realistic market values

Really good and easy to work with happy to recommend thanks to craig upton

We were a little hesitant in selling our house at auction, however Bond Wolfe made the whole process really easy and smooth and we achieved a really good price. Would definitely recommend.

Bond Wolfe gave a very professional service. Perm Daley could not have beeen more helpful or kind to me. I was thrilled with the result and would recommend then anybody..

Just exchanged on a property with Bond Wolfe. Big thank you to Perm Daley who has been brilliant throughout the process.

We have just completed on a property purchased with Bond Wolfe. They were professional to deal with, well organised and friendly. They responded to all of our enquiries within the same day, which really put our minds at ease. As first time auction purchasers, it was a straight forward and smooth process. While their fees may be more expensive than other auctioneers, we appreciated their transparency throughout. If their fee was lower, I would have given them 5 stars but you get what you pay for.
We would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to James and the team!

Bond Wolfe truly impressed me with their professionalism and exceptional customer care. Throughout the week, I communicated with James Mattin, who was incredibly responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the bidding process. I was astonished to discover that he had been addressing my queries while on annual leave.

James went above and beyond in assisting me to secure the property, delivering a first-class service that greatly facilitated my post-auction acquisition.

Perm Daley is another standout member of the team. Even before my offer was accepted, Perm proactively began preparing the necessary paperwork for the anticipated exchange of contracts. We encountered an unexpected issue, but Perm handled it expertly. Once my offer was accepted, we exchanged contracts within a few hours.

I sincerely appreciate the efforts of James, Perm, and the entire Bond Wolfe team

Excellent service. Very quick and easy buying/selling. The staff were very helpful too. Perm and Ron provided a lot of help for the property I sold. I 100% recommend Bond Wolfe.

We have purchased a number of properties from Bond Wolfe Auction. It has always been a hassle free experience dealing with Perm Daley at Bond Wolfe.

Thank you.

Once we decided that the property was to be sold by auction we could not be more pleased on how things progressed.
From initial listing to sale James in person and telephone contact with the office was most professional .
Offers were presented in a reasoned manner and which resulted in a pre auction sale.
For sale by auction Bond Wolfe are recommended.
