We appreciate you reaching out and sharing your experience.
We strive to provide efficient and fair viewing opportunities for all interested parties. With a vast portfolio of over 190 properties in our auction and a marketing period of around 3 weeks before the sale, we've established a structured viewing schedule to accommodate as many potential buyers as possible.
Our approach of offering four sets of block viewings for each property aims to streamline the process and ensure transparency for all parties involved. While we acknowledge your frustration, we hope you can understand that accommodating bespoke viewings for every individual is impossible within such a short time period.
However, we're constantly evaluating our processes to enhance customer experience and will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Property sale by Auction
The company achieved what they set out to do and then some! The staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout in particular our contact James Rossiter who kept us informed with progress and even on the very busy day of the auction found time to update us on the outcome. Very professional and very pleasant to deal with thank you.
