If I could give 0 stars I would. I will definitely never use Bookmundi for a trip again. Their company is unorganized and their customer service team is horrible to work with. Make the smart decision and book your travel with a different company.

Here's my experience: I went to South Korea last July and now 7 months later, I get an email from Bookmundi saying they were pursuing legal action for a bill of $300 for a transfer in South Korea. I paid the entirety of the trip and that $300 dollars was never on there. I reached out multiple times via email before and during my tour to confirm this transfer and ask how to pay it since it was never added to the bill. I asked my tour director and the driver and nobody could answer my question. Now 7 months later they realized their mistake and want the money and are saying they are going to pursue legal action if it was not paid. I paid it right away, but this invoice should have never been sent because it was their mistake, let alone say they are pursuing legal action against me. Bookmundi customer service you can definitely do better than this.

This is seriously the worst treatment I have received from any company in my lifetime.

On August 28,2023 I attempted to book an Upgraded 5-day tour of Iceland starting on October 12, 2023. Unfortunately the website ending up booking a standard trip which I was not interested in. I immediately received a $2,024 charge to my credit card. In the next 2 or 3 days with correspondence between India, England, and Denmark, I tried to get this changed to an upgraded trip. I was not successful and requested a refund. Bookmundi.com refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a credit for a future booking because I was within the 60 day cancellation window.

I never had a booking for the trip that I wanted and I tried to cancel it within days. They stole my $2,024! Hotels, airlines, retail establishments, etc would have made a refund or as an absolute minimum offered a credit for future use.

This has been a terribly emotional experience and I would advise you to consider other booking options to bookmundi.com.

Peter Adley exemplifies what good customer service is all about. His prompt response helps to build trust and confidence that the tour I have chosen will be alright. I hope that my tour experience will be the same. If such, it's guaranteed I will book more tours with Bookmundi.

While we have not yet taken the trip we have booked, the communication leading up to the trip next month has been very good. Any questions we have asked have been answered timely. Our rep, Juliana always gets back to me with very detailed feedback. They have also taken our payment on the date they told us they would so that was easy to plan.

I had booked a trip to Antartica and had to cancel last minute due to a family problem that had arisen, which meant I had to cancel my trip.

Special thanks to Peter Adley from Bookmundi's customer service for his swift action in helping me secure a refund - he was extremely easy pleasant and I had a great experience speaking with him.

Looking forward to my next trip with Bookmundi in the future!

I booked a trip to France and Italy in August of 2022 for travel in June of 2023. I paid the deposit, asked a few questions leading up to the trip that were answered, and paid the remaining amount on time. This was a trip I had been saving for 10+ years. Approximately three weeks before we were to go, I received an email that the trip was no longer available that day and had been canceled.
I reached out and was told I could choose another day the same week (flights had been booked since October so this was not as flexible), and still go. However, I would also would have to pay an additional $1200. I asked what the change in trip was that added cost. I was told there was nothing different. I just needed to change my date and pay more if I still wanted to go. We wanted to go but had a budget, set flights, and did not trust they would not cancel and charge more a third time.
They fully refunded what I had purchased through them (4 flights were booked separately and not covered) but there was no way to suddenly plan a trip for June in Paris, etc.with only a couple of weeks prep.
I am not sure what happened as many reviews are very good for bookmundi. However, this seemed very poor business. Three weeks notification on a trip that had been planned for 8 months? We are now trying to replace for next year, but with the Olympics may need to again push back the trip. 1st world problems, but I would hate for another family to have their plans suddenly ruined with no reasonable explanation and at incredibly short notice.

The best thing about Bookmundi is that the main focus of the company is on the customers and members, their comfort, and their interests.

First thing is that their price was the cheapest. It is, however, the exceptional assistance from Peter that has me really impressed. His timely and fully detailed communications made the whole process go very smoothly.

Before the Covid I have had three tours via Bookmundi and got Travel Credits. Decide to start again in travelling after nearly three years none. Select the tour and contact Bookmundi to see whether my Travel Credits are still available or not. Ms Sarah Thomsen confirms that Yes, available. Thanks so much to Bookmundi, responsible to the Travel Credits. Also my Travel Credits can be changed from USD to GBP for part of payment. What a flexible way to settle the Client request. Well-Done. Thanks again to Sarah and her teammates in dealing of the booking of my tour. Quick feedback help the Client to understand more what is going on in the booking.

The booking process with Bookmundi was very easy. The staff have always been very friendly, professional, and responsive to my queries or in providing updates. I
would happily use Bookmundi again for my next trip.

Great customer service. We had a minor issue due to covid rescheduling but Sarah with the customer service team was truly helpful and accomplished all that we requested. Would book through them again.

After the issue I faced (described below) I was impressed with how bookmundi handled the issue. While it should not have happened, ultimately they rectified it and took steps to ensure it doesn’t happen to other travellers.

Bookmundi's website is incredibly misleading and unethical - the price for the trip I requested is listed as one third of the full price. I was told the price is 3x what's listed because of the time of year I'm travelling - this should be considered in the advertised price and is on the onus of the company to represent accurately.

Providing another 5 star review to Sarah and her teammates at BookMundi. She again provided excellent, timing care and assistance in planning another bike adventure.

Had a great bike adventure last year to Vietnam and looking forward to this year’s bike adventure to Bali and Java. BookMundi is definitely my go travel provider. Keep up the great work!

Booked a Finland tour here, it turned out my visa has some issues and I can’t make it to the date I booked. I tried to contact them ASAP right after I was informed about my visa to change the dates. I was told that it is not possible to change the date and I cannot get any refund for the full 5,000 dollars. What’s more frustrating is that I got an email saying if I can’t show up, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. It is just ridiculous. Definitely won’t come back with this company ever again.

I booked a 2023 trip to Antarctica at the advertised price. My credit card was charged accordingly. The next day I was told there was an error on the website and the actual cost was 4k more!

That is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Customer service is non-existent.
