Sept. 15th, 2022 We've booked a trip, received confirmation, paid in full, and then...learn that the trip could cost more or be cancelled.
Oct. 1, 2022 update. We are just about to start our tour. I'm so glad that Bookmundi and the tour operator were able to work through the issues. Both have been responsive to our more recents requests for information.

We had a great experience in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Thank you for the Alpine Club of Himalayas for your vacation arrangement. Especially Mr Sujan for the warm welcome and caringness. We will be back again for your incredible services.

I booked my Kilimanjaro hike through Bookmundi and could not have made a better choice. Jane was outstanding! She handled every step of the process flawlessly and took any stress away. Every email was answered, every phone call was returned and communication was excellent!

I booked a trek with them in Nepal. The arrangements and communication leading up to the booking was smooth, and I had a wonderful tour. Will use them again.

I booked and paid for an Inca Trail Trek 6 months before my 2 week South America Trip. I had a question and reached out to the tour company and they have zero reservation for me and the trip is sold out now that it is 3 weeks away. Bookmundi is logistically difficult to speak with as the time zone difference. I had to get up at 2am to speak live with customer service after several emails and voice mails went unanswered. All Bookmundi has is an apology. Says there must have been a software glitch. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

DO NOT BOOK A VACATION WITH BOOKMUNDI!!! They are horrible agency that once they have your money the forget about the custome. I booked what was supposed to be a 5 day 4 night trip with accommodations and activities in the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador for 1,849 USD about 2 months in advance of travel. Once I saw, by comparison, that I overpaid by 4 to 5 hundred dollars I asked what the cancellation policy was. This was only a few days after booking the trip. They never replied to my email until the day before the trip was to begin. Then they said they’re working on it. I told them they were too late and to never mind. They had not arranged for my transfer from airport to hotel as was listed in the itinerary. This transfer included a bus, boat and a taxi. They subcontract everything out to people who never ever heard of the incompetent company BOOKMUNDI. There were only 3 days of activities not five as listed in the itinerary. The misrepresent themselves and falsely advertise their product. Once again STEER CLEAR OF BOOKMUNDI, they SUCK!!!

Trustworthy website to buy trips from. We are bought some trips to Maasai Mara in Kenya and some other trips as well in Kenya, and everything worked fine. Nothing bad to write here. If you want to know which trip we bought the name was "5 Days Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru Safari".

Contacted the company about misleading foreign transaction fees and received an immediate and polite respond. Received a refund shortly after.

I requested 3 offers for a trek in Nepal. The offers were immediately processed and received within a couple of hours. Prices were good and the itineraries presented varied, which was excellent.

Bookmundi's customer service representatives also contacted me and asked if I needed help so all in all, very happy.

I found it super easy to find new experiences and adventures around the world super. Also, the layout is very neat. One word, "Recommended".
