On two separate occasions I have placed and paid for online orders based on the stock levels of the items available for collection from my chosen store. These are the only two orders I have placed with brewers and on both occasions the stock levels have been totally incorrect and consequently I have not been able to collect the items next day but have had to wait up to five days for the stock to arrive at the store for me to collect.
The brewers available stock levels are not to be believed.

Best price, so good in fact I checked reviews to be sure it was a legitimate business! Service was exemplary, and I highly recommend this company.

I have been a DIY customer of Brewers in London and Bath over the years and prefer doing business with them than with their competitors. The Bath staff are excellent, and the online & instore product offerings are great and well priced.

Only possible improvement would be to provide, when ordering, information on how long they will keep a click and collect item at the store. Otherwise very efficient service.

Ordered Osmo Oil & paint online for click & collect at Bath. Received a call to advise that everything had arrived as specified at time of order & service in-store was efficient as always.

Very impressed with the ability to order just the amount of wood finish I, elsewhere there was less choice.

Never thought I get excited about a tin of paint!
Crown Next Generation Plus gloss paint,goes on beautifully,very good coverage,but I did change from my usual Hamiltons Prestige brushes to a Hamilton Perfection MaxStroke brush, what a brush, longer bristles, super soft tips.
My only concern is how long will the paint stay white before yellowing?

Doing work on my daughter property in Bath and the unit was convenient. Did not have ordered item in stock but was available for collection on agreed date. Staff very efficient and pleasant during collection.

Whilst impressed with the various products I've purchased this is more about the excellent customer service I received from Heather at the Morpeth branch. I was undertaking a number of D.I.Y projects and visited Brewers for paints and stains - Heather listened to my requirements and asked a few questions about the projects then guided me to the best products (which she could personally recommend as had used them and could even show me photos). She explained the benefits of the products and that they would be more suitable and last longer for the jobs I was doing. So good to be able to get this sort of customer service and advice - the only disappointing thing was Heather informed me that was her last day as she was moving to a new job - hope this level of service can be maintained.

Once I gave them a bit of a nudge on what had happened to my order I was then regularly kept informed by phone calls as to its progress. It was paint that was having to come directly from the manufacturer so the order was not completely straightforward.
It was delivered in the afternoon as I had been advised and the delivery driver was so friendly. Genuinely really nice chaps to deal with. Thank you.
