The team at my local brewers are always spot on. Very helpful and friendly.

I had to visit Brewers decorators centre after ordering some Dulux Weathersheild exterior paint on-line and it was ready for collection within less than an hour. I received an email informing me it was there.

The lady at the Corby branch is so helpful and knowledgeable. She explains the best product and how to use it, with do's and don'ts.

Myself and my husband were in the Corby store looking for paint for our baby’s nursery. Ian was super helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He not only found us the best deal for the paint but went above and beyond to find us everything else we would need. He gave us lots of advice and was very passionate. It was a joy to buy paint from him.

The service I received by the gentleman ‘Big Mark’ was absolutely outstanding and a true credit to Brewers. Mark was very helpful with his knowledge of the products on offer and was able to give the best advice to me and politely guide me to the correct route needed for my novice decorating journey. I have been so impressed with Brewers across a few transactions recently. Their customer focus is first rate; nothing is too much. In fact the opposite; when ne of the times I inadvertently got something wrong and then had to reverse it (and there were multiple nuanced parts to this issue I caused), the team were great with their usual friendly selves. A particular thanks to Ian Turner; without all of the detail I can make my main point by concluding he should run courses on customer service and approach! He is communicative, knowledgeable, kind and a great ambassador for the brand. He was gentle and reassuring to colleagues too when they looked for his assurance. There was a problem with the shade I originally chose. But the branch called to let me know and helped to resolve the sitaution without any issue.

Ordered online and received a quick notification to pick up the order. All employees were polite and friendly to customers.

Well can I say I’ve just been to brewers and a local decorator took me in to pick paint and the lovely girl called Sharon offered me a cup of tea and a chair! (as I’ve had a stroke recently) she went the full mile no holds what exceptional service I feel I want to pop in every just for the special service they supplied!
