Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton were fantastic throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and my car was delivered in less than a week. Everything was handled remotely, which I was initially a bit nervous about, but after reading the positive feedback from other customers, I felt reassured and glad I put my trust in them.

From the moment we entered the showroom we were treated really well. Tiffany greeted us and made us comfortable and offered us a drink before explaining all of the options we had available to us. She ensured that myself and my wife understood everything and at no point put any pressure on us to buy a vehicle. We were offered a test drive and the dealership gave us a good part exchange on our current vehicle which was better than WeBuyAnyCar.
When we went in to pick up our new car Tiffany explained everything in detail about the process and ensured we were happy with everything. She took us to the vehicle and explained all of the controls and helped us to pair our phones and set up the Hyundai App. We drove away very happy.
A few days after picking up the vehicle Tiffany called to check we were happy with the whole experience.
Overall an excellent service!

Non existing customer service. Official Honda directed me to my local dealer regarding car parts. These people are useless. They do not return emails sent.

I have just bought a new Hyundai Tucson from Brindley Hyundai in Wolverhampton. I'd like to thank Tiffany for handling the sale. She was absolutely brilliant. She handled all the paperwork, sorting out my road tax, the change of ownership on my Peugeot , taking me through the controls etc in the Tucson and even accompanying me on a test drive. She made the purchase so easy and stress free.

As this Hyundai model is currently not widely seen on local roads, we were reliant on the knowledge and help provided by the sales team in understanding the pros and cons of a city electric 🚗

I bought the car (MG Cyberster) unseen from Brindley Wolverhampton based on phone conversations, photos and videos. The sales person was extremely helpful at every stage and even arranged delivery to my home in Hertfordshire. The car was superbly presented and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
