They had exactly what I wanted, and at a good price compared to other suppliers. They offered an oiling option, which was worth the cost. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and kept informed throughout the process.

I recently ordered some Maple planks for flooring in my hall, came on time and well wrapped and a good price, exactly as ordered not damaged.I definitely order some more materials

Poplar, precisely cut and very well packed, just a light sand and any subtle planer marks are gone. I just hope I ordered enough. Will definitely be back

Really efficient service from British hardwoods however the Pallet Track courier forgot to include our consignment on the lorry and we didn’t find out until 11am. We had taken time off and arranged for others to help unload - all of our time wasted.
British Hardwood dealt with this really well, calling the Pallet Track courier to complain and They ensured that our delivery would be with us first thing the next morning and they kept us informed throughout. They repeatedly apologised for the situation even though they were not to blame.
British Hardwoods really good to deal with we’d recommend this supplier.

Pallet Track company was a different story, no apology and poor service.

Very easy to order from. The oiled solid oak chamfered skirting was very well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. From start to finish excellent and highly recommned to other people and Trades.

Ordered 45m of oak skirting board, which was delivered very promptly and the quality of the product was excellent. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The product is high quality. Customer service was efficient and polite. They responded to my contact quickly and worked to dispatch my order in good time.

Great product, have used the thin planks to cover my newel posts and stair strings. Much less expensive than a new stairs.

They took my order, asked if the sizes were right. They were not. They commenced with the correct siziing and completed the order. a very good experience. many thanks.

First time buying from British Hardwoods. Very pleased with the wood I received - maple & walnut. Ordered 1" but all were a little over. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well. I will be ordering more in due course. Strongly recommended.

It's the first time I've ordered wood online as I like to see the quality of what I'm buying.
Although it took longer than expected to arrive ( I should have read the Ts & Cs) the quality of the oak was flawless.
I will definitely purchase again once I've used up this order.
