Communication could use some improvement in my opinion, I gave them a list of my creditors and they said they were in touch with ALL of them but yet I get letters because the debt was sold, you would think they would know that if they were in touch with all of them?

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff easy process to get debt out of the way so far it seems good ill have to write another once complete with tje program but very easy and very nice staff that handles it all for you its amazing how fast they start taking care of things will it hurt your credit score yes but thats only short term like maybe a year or 2 i would say but worth the money to get it all done and lower you payments by over half

Lesson learned.
I wish i wouldnt have been so hasty in signing up. The fees they charge are outrageous and the amounts they settle for after their fees are almost the amount of the original debt. I wish i could back out and save myself the money and do it myself!!!

I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff at Brookhaven Law firm. I have never heard of this company until a representative reached out to me. I was given good information about the program to include my credit score declining for a season. I was so nervous when my score started to decline; the staff was there to calm me down and guide me through the process. Depends on how you are struggling
Pro's - my payments are one lump sum which is awesome.
Con's - my credit score tanked, the payments I agreed to were not honored and the company continues to pressure me to accept settlements that would raise my payments. The last one they pushed on me would have increased my payment over $100.
When I found Brookhaven I was struggling a little. I joined to have them renegotiate my payments. I did not realize or understand that the only way they will go about this is by defaulting on every outstanding debt you have, which doubles the debt, then they negotiate a reduction and add fees. Unless you are on the brink of financial collapse, I would not recommend. I was juggling, but I was making it and building my credit and I wrecked that.
