Danielle really stands out for her knowledge. She clearly understands the system inside out and explains everything in a way that’s easy to follow. What I appreciated most is that she doesn’t just give one fixed answer—she walks you through different options when there’s more than one way to approach something, which makes a huge difference when managing accounts.
