Katherine Cleeves stepped up at the eleventh hour when we had been let down by our previous broker. She was prepared to make sure we had the right match for our more complex requirements and was reassuring and responsive throughout.

The service I received was of an optimum level . I faced my situation of having to obtain insurance cover in quite short notice for let's say a unique risk with a degree of concern but Katherine was superb , removed my concern by providing me with service " above & beyond . Thank You .
