Had a great experience with Adam H @ HSBC Business - knowledgeable, professional and courteous and quickly understood our needs and acted. In these days of 'computer says no' such a relief to speak to someone - the main point of true 'customer service'.

Opening a business account for a non profit UK company which isn't a Charity + works in niche sectors + non-European countries can be a tedious and difficult process since we are far from the norm. My HSBC Business specialist contact, Tiff Shambare, understood the complexities of our international work straight away, which made the process painless. She was clear in her instructions, patient, very responsive in her communications and effective in helping us open an account quickly and smoothly. The process was fast and clear. The HSBC apps have all functions needed and the display is clear. Happy with our switch.

I had an HSBC Kinetic Business account, but I couldn't fully use it because the debit card was sent to my old address. I updated my address as requested. HSBC also informed me that Kinetic accounts would move to HSBC UK Business and that I needed to contact customer service around 1–3 July 2026. I tried multiple times on those dates, especially on 1 July, to reach them through the Android app, but the app kept freezing and I couldn't contact customer service. I also tried the chat on HSBC's website, but didn't get a clear answer there either. Now, three months later, I still don't have clear information confirming whether my account was transferred successfully to an HSBC UK Business account. I simply want HSBC to clarify whether my account is active or not, and send my business debit card to my current address so I can finally use my account. I'd really appreciate a clear response instead of being left without updates for months.

Gail helped me last year with an extension to my overdraft. i kept her details because i found her very helpful and professional. So it made sense to contact her again when i had cashflow issues.
