Random call, but managed to resolve credit card charge issue that had been unresolved for months

We had an excellent experience with HSBC throughout our commercial mortgage application process. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and easy to understand. The application process was straightforward, and the team kept us fully informed at every stage.

The staff were knowledgeable, responsive, and always happy to answer any questions we had. This made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Communication was clear and timely, and the online tools made submitting documents and tracking our application simple and convenient.

Overall, HSBC provided outstanding support throughout our mortgage journey. We truly appreciated their professionalism, guidance, and commitment to making the process as smooth as possible.

Good and timely service from our relationship manager, Neil Smith. However, some banking solutions, e.g. multiple cheque deposits via cheque imaging, not available in the UK.

HSBC is by far the most reputable, reliable and dependable bank in the UK for new and existing businesses. With the help, guidance and support offered by one competent, experienced and proficient Mr Ashad Ibraimo at HSBC, my new business was able to secure a £9000 credit card, £1000 overdraft facilities and a commercial business loan of £27000. I don't think any of the other UK banks would have come this close in terms of the level of support offered to my newly created business. I shall forever be grateful, thankful and loyal to Mr Ashad and his team and amongst everything, to HSBC itself. Fantastic Bank and exceptional service at every level.
