If I could give it a 0 I would. At this moment in time it has closed my account for no reason, and have given me no date as to when a signifant sum of money will be sent back to me. Avoid at all costs. The staff are all useless and keep passing blame, the high street store may aswell be closed as the staff are all useless, and at the time of posting this i feel very let down.

Excellent customer service from paul m Hulme at the customer care centre.
It was great to have a named person to contact with any queries to help complete the mandate process, rather than a generic call centre having to explain your support needs again and again.
Paul was helpful in explaining the process but also had excellent knowledge about the banking products too, which was idea as a new customer.

Technology and banking are not two of my strong areas, but I was blessed in having Shobha Gupta assist me to set-up my business account. She is a superstar, a wonderful person, both kind and caring, and she displayed all these traits in providing me with a 5-star service. Thank you from my heart Shobha.

I rec’d a follow-up phone call from our new Relationship Manager, Christopher Field. He sounded very knowledgeable about our needs. It was pleasure to converse with him. His explanations were concise and understandable.

Habib Yousuf was knowledgeable and professional when questioned the alternatives to a smaller loan loan which carried higher interest rates. Habib provided options which were more beneficial .

This bank deserves worse than 0 star. If you are running a business, do not trust them as they freeze the account to make a review for £700 and the review completion time is open ended.

I did not have a great experience visiting the branch at first. I came to do a payment and was waiting for an hour and a half! It just so happened that when I left the branch Miss Sachelle Matthew called me for a review.I did have a rant lol.But she kindly suggested I increase my payment limits and also later on suggested I review my commercial card limit as a back up to pay my supplier. So now I wouldn't have to visit the branch that often! Thanks Miss Sachelle.

I have been visiting the branch for 3 weeks to sort out my business internet banking! I was at my wits end. I met up with Sachelle Matthew and she sat and helped me. We had a long chat about the business too. She's an angel honestly!
