Buyfencingdirect Reviews

Purchased 5 fence panels from this company on two separate occasions and wouldn't go elsewhere. Their prices are so reasonable, delivery always on time. You're kept well informed about the status of your order from the moment you make a purchase. Can't fault them. Would definitely recommend

Third time we have purchased from this company . Fences are great and the delivery always when they say it will be delivered . Job done 👍

Poor product, said that they would make full refund on return of goods however would not send replacement or make refund before they had the fencing panels back. My customer for whom I had a fence to erect did not like the panels and I could not change them until this company had them back. In the end I had to obtain new panels from a more reputable supplier and use the poor quality product supplied on another job. I spend in excess of £150,000 on panels p.a. I would not use this company again. Complaints service not good.

Reasonable and easy to use

Ordering was straightforward kept in contact and delivered on time.
Highly recommended.

Easy to order. Delivery free. Chap who delivered my gate very friendly and helpful. Managed to open old gate to put new one in! Good quality gate and at an excellent price. Good emails telling me when order coming and updates nearer the time. I felt like a very welcomed customer . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from them again.

Purchased a garden gate from fencing direct and three things stand out: 1. looks nice, it's well made and no warping; 2. kept me posted over delivery - great that they also use a tracking app on the delivery day. 3. also great value. What's not to love?

They have emailed me with all the information I need to know about my delivery in a clear straightforward message with a date and will keep me informed of any changes. Nearer the date they will give me an estimated time of delivery.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy ordering process, great communication with plenty of updates and very prompt dispatch time. The delivery window was just two hours rather than the usual 12 and the driver rang to tell me his exact ETA assuring me that I didn’t need to be home and he could leave the panels in a safe place. The fence panels we have ordered are good quality and exactly what we’d hoped for. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definite use again.

Ordering was straightforward, and the delivery information was clear. The driver was friendly and helpful and placed the trellis where I suggested. I was pleased to be able to order just the one panel, many companies only did multiples.

Great experience, definitely recommend them.

Easy to order, plenty of communication and delivery came when we expected

Ordering online was very easy. Kept informed about the delivery times and delivered with care. The panels are well made and solid. Would buy again

Delivered quickly and in a quality manner with good pricing. Some of the spindles kn the panel were a bit loose and needed re fixing after installation

Delivered in a timely fashion very good communication from start to finish

Quality fencing. Delivered when they said they would.

The materials that I ordered were fantastic quality. The delivery was much quicker than anticipated. Only down part was I had to go out an buy postcrete as my foam wasn't in my delivery. ☺️ The only reason I have given a 4 star is because of the missing material. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star 🌟.

Delivery went well
Happy with product

Ordering and delivery was all fine but the gates that I received aren't quality at all as they a have bowed massively already.

I contacted the company only to be fobbed off with them saying that it's a natural product and that they don't consider it excessive despite them curving 10cm over the length of the gate. They aren't even close to fitting in the frame but according to them it's still "fit for purpose" and purely "visual in nature" so have to deal with how bad they look.

I'm not the only person to have left reviews having the same problem so I'd suggest others just avoid.

Update: they're sticking with it being my fault for buying a gate expecting it to stay somewhat straight and that it's appearance only despite having a huge gap at the bottom not actually fitting the hole it's meant to fill. Go anywhere else.
