Excellent customer service department
The customer service department is great. I have never had a bad experience with buygood's service and guarentee with all of your products.
The product this time did not have any information on how to contact you via phone or otherwise and when I tryed to call customer service no one was available and I could only contact via email. For those individuals who do not have email, this can be difficult and frustrating. That is why I gave 4 stars.
