Have purchased multiple products advertised as Nerve and Neuropathy treatments. (NEURO SALT, QUIET NERVES, PLANTSULIN) which have ALL been totally worthless and have not provided any of the relief as advertised. Doubt any of the advertised testimonials are authentic. Everything ordered products from this company almost 3 weeks ago first order some reason was never shipped even though it said label created complained the 29th they supposedly sent out the order again as of today the order still shows in Chino California hasn't moved since the 29th if they advertise 4 to 7 day delivery do not believe one word they say they're very good at their service very poor and actual service do yourself a favor do not order anything if it comes from this company you will regret it

After reading bad reviews about Buygoods and on the product I had just ordered and discovering they had tried to take 3 payments out of my bank totalling $677 for things I had not ordered which luckily were declined by my bank i promptly cancelled my order but unfortunately with the time difference between countries my order had been very quickly dispatched so I had to wait 3 weeks until it arrived before I could send it back. In that time I was offered 25% and 50% of my money back and to keep my product. I rejected all the offers and continued to ask for a full refund which I was finally promised and told to reply to that email when I had sent the product back. When my package arrived I took pictures of it on my kitchen scales to prove it was the same weight as it said on the bag, I put the whole thing in a new shipping bag, took it to the post office and took more pictures with the final shipping labels on which cost me £47 to insure in case it went missing, took a picture of my receipt and sent them with the email as proof of postage. I requested the postage costs back as the product should never have been shipped but I unfortunately did not receive it back. I did however receive an email confirming my full refund which was very quickly put back into my account. All in all I had lots of stress going back and forth sticking to my guns, £47 out of pocket for shipping but finally getting the full refund i asked for.

Timely & Professional Resolution of a Refund
After having a difficult time getting a refund for returning a product I purchased, I got someone from the BuyGoods Support Team to do the necessary verification of the documentation I had previously sent to confirm the products return and receipt by Buy Goods receiving. Jerry, had the matter resolved within 15 min. The credits for returning my product appeared on my credit card statement within 12 hours.
